  Gabriel and their team did an amazing job arranging catering for a team lunch of 26, which I’m incredibly grateful for! I’ve been numerous times for myself, but this was my first time requesting and making a big order, but I had nothing to worry about. From beginning to end service was great. Gabriel took me through my options, and gave me the details I needed to make the order, which was for next day collection. They pretty much delivered on time for a midday lunch, I even had a I think 3 late additions, which were received positively, and any minor snags were fixed very promptly and professionally. I’m very happy with the service that was provided to me this week. My team were also very happy with their lunch which was great for me as the facilitator, as it can be stressful😅 But it wasn’t on the occasion! The staff were super sweet too! And it’s not lost on me that you got it sorted whilst dealing with your own real-time lunch time orders, plus delivery orders! Thank you for positively contributing to an all round great day for my team🙌 Would definitely recommend and use again for a team lunch treat.

  I had an excellent experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill Charing Cross. The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly to my liking. The staff at Chipotle Mexican Grill Charing Cross were friendly, professional, and served customers quickly despite the busy atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming environment. My burrito bowl was packed with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and great flavor. It's clear that Chipotle Mexican Grill Charing Cross takes pride in both food quality and customer service. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill Charing Cross to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal in London. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️

  I have been to dozens of Chipotle branches all over the world, but the level of incompetence and sheer lack of customer service at this location is unmatched. First, they claimed they were out of chicken. Then, they said they didn’t have quesadilla tortillas. After magically "finding" them, they told me they’d prepare it at the very end. To top it off, they managed to mess up the bill with the customer behind me and gave rude, defensive attitude when pointed out. As if the terrible service wasn't enough, the AC wasn't working on a hot London day. Their excuse? "We can't run the AC because there's a grill inside." Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place if you don't want to waste your money and ruin your day.

  The food was great, the waiters were friendly and patient as I asked loads of questions considering it is my first time here. The tables were cleaned quickly as soon as someone got up, but it was a bit too crowded for me (its a Saturday night tho, so maybe I'm the weird one here)

  I missed my meal time while looking around the National Gallery in a hurry. There was a Chipotle nearby, but suddenly my cards couldn't pay. Fortunately, I had cash and wanted to pay in cash, but I didn't know Chipotle was a cashless system. The food had already been packaged and I was embarrassed and the staff must have been really embarrassed. A really nice staff member was so kind that I was able to get out of the situation with his crazy kindness. I want to say thank you so much to him. I'm so touched that it's been a while since I've had a Chipotle, and the food is, of course, so delicious. I recommend this branch of Chipotle.
