  Pretty bland but inoffensive food, however I always feel as though I’m a massive inconvenience to the sighing staff when I ask what the different options are which they then rattle through at lightning speed until I end up with lots of extra options I didn’t know I wanted just cause I feel under pressure to hurry up and order as quickly as possible so they can get back to being indifferent. It’s not awful but it’s not great either and a stressful experience overall.

  Stale food and portions that I was shocked at. Literally threw in 2 spoons of guac for the chips and guac sides. It’s like the staff is personally hurting when they serve the customers. Best avoided. Location is great and I only went because it was a late night after a play at Sohoplace but wish I had used Deliveroo or something else instead. Awful. Never returning. 18£ for a couple of spoons of rice and beans and the side which wasn’t really a side more like crumbs at the bottom of your McD bag.

  Atendimento horrível. Atendente com má vontade, falando pra dentro. Oferece tudo sem deixar claro que algumas coisas são extra e no final cobra a mais. Muito caro pro que oferece.

  Super stingy servings and staff didn't seem happy to serve us. Even after asking for extra rice, serving size was still smaller than other chipotle locations and Tortillas. We asked for 2x protein and got 3 pieces of chicken, I didnt ask for 1.2x protein 😂😂😂 Will be going to tortilla from now on ☹️
