  I often go to this Chipotle on the way home from work and haven’t had many issues other than them running out of food later at night. However today was a real disappointment. I waited in line to order a chicken bowl for takeaway and could see a container of chicken filled to the rim with hot food. However they wouldn’t serve it to me stating ‘it’s for delivery’ and I could order it to be sent to my home. They are denying food to their in-person customers on the off chance that someone sitting at home wants it. Lovely. Nice customer service, Chipotle.

  Didn’t ask for lettuce, yet the woman added it while I wasn’t looking. What if I had an allergy or intolerance? Just follow the order it’s not rocket science

  Such a joke of a chipotle compared to US. The rice wasn’t even broken down and the amount they serve is you is simply a joke compared to what you pay.

  Inconsistent amount of chicken in burritos. I got 2 scoop of chicken in 1 burrito and 1 scoop of chicken in the other 2 burrito. Felt short changed but didn’t want to make a fuss at the time.
