  recently visited a Chipotle restaurant in the UK, and impressed by the service. Madhan One of the Telugu-speaking workers was extremely humble, kind, and welcoming. He treated me with genuine respect and made my visit much more pleasant. It was wonderful to meet someone so friendly and helpful. Great customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have to say, this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was absolutely fabulous welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer felt valued. The steak was cooked perfectly tender, flavourful, and prepared exactly as it should be. You could really tell that care and attention had gone into the food. What impressed me most, though, was the level of customer service. The way the team treated customers genuinely felt more like being welcomed into a five-star hotel than a fast-casual restaurant. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and incredibly respectful, creating an atmosphere that made the whole visit feel special. A huge compliment to the King William Street branch and the entire team. Experiences like this are what make customers want to come back. Excellent food, exceptional service, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Absolutely outstanding. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  It was our first time here and certainly not the last!! The staff was extremely welcoming, they gifted us free guac since it was our first time here and free chips! The food was AMAZING, for sure one of the best burritos i ever had. The employees that served us were madhan and farahan and were super friendly. Definitely will come back when i visit london again!!

  It was my friend’s and my first time at Chipotle and we had no idea how to build our own bowls. The workers were very kind and guided us through our whole order. They were really helpful and made us feel welcome. At the end one of the workers even gave us a free bag of chips to enjoy with our bowls. Such a lovely experience! We’ll definitely come back. 😊

  Conosco chipotle dal 2014, fin da quando ci ho mangiato a NYC, e devo dire che è buonissimo, e ci mangerei sempre, siccome il piatto viene composto dal cliente, è possibile soddisfare qualsiasi gusto e moda (vegetariani o vegani). Unica delusione che hanno applicato un extra di 2,50 sterline x mettere un cucchiaino di guacamole nel burrito, quando dovrebbero farla pagare a parte solo quando chiedi il vasetto di salsa. A parte questa delusione, tutto ok, ci tornerei sicuramente, ma di sicuro mai più guacamole nel burrito
