  Poor service. There's a girl preparing the meal who doesn't speak clearly. Even when asked to be louder, and clearer, she kept the same volume, and ended up serving me the wrong main. They also do not give the bill or any receipt themselves, likely scamming their customers. I do not recommend getting food from here. I certainly do not plan to get my food from this outlet again.

  American here, Chipotle about 33% cheaper in US and portion sizes larger. The barbacoa was fine but they cheaped out, and gave me like .1g more when I asked for more. They were also out of chips, so no chips and guac for me

  It is OK. Cheese is placed right at the end after salsa which doesn't even get the chance to melt?! Tad salty. Food is nice but Tortilla on the floor above is better, tastier and you get loyalty points! Extremely rushed and cannot hear the servers- its so loud in the ground floor food court. Chicken is halal

  Out of guacamole (8pm on a Saturday night), asked for a chicken bowl and a tortilla and got steak and no tortilla but still paid for it. (That’s my fault for always trusting employees but I never had this issue with Chipotle anywhere else) I don’t think I’ve been served this little food at Chipotle, service was so bad there wasn’t enough chicken so they put it from their kitchen (I couldn’t see what kind of meat it was) and I asked for chicken I recorded a video, and then they said they were out of guacamole and I didn’t get my tortilla 🤷🏻‍♂️

  I’ve been to this Chipotle before and normally have a good experience, but unfortunately today was completely different. The manager came over to serve me, said hello and washed his hands before starting, which was absolutely fine. However, the interaction quickly became uncomfortable. When I asked for sour cream, he told me that he had already given me cheese and that I was only meant to have three sides. It felt unnecessarily rigid over such a small request and, more importantly, I didn’t like the way it was communicated to me. I’ve never experienced this kind of service at this location before. I usually enjoy coming here, but unfortunately this interaction with the manager has really put me off returning.
