  so basically I ordered my food 5 hours ago and I ordered it at 5pm keep in mind its currently 10pm I have litterally proof that it still says order being prepared. your guy's service is litterally terrible you have no respect for my stomach and my money. literally take the finger.

  Very disappointing experience on our first visit. The staff member who served us came across as quite aggressive and made us feel as though she was doing us a favour rather than providing customer service. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, and we did not feel welcomed while trying to choose and place our order. Good customer service is an important part of any business, and unfortunately, our experience fell far below expectations. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer interactions in the future.

  It is a massive shame I’m having to write this. I’ve been an avid customer of the franchise ever since they first opened their doors here in London 10-15 years ago. Probably averaging 1-2 chipotle meals per week in that time period. I was very excited when they announced the Stratford branch as it would be the closest one to my home. I’ve just gone there for the 4th time since opening and been left completely shocked and speechless. The server first said we have no chicken, cheese, guac and mild sauce. It was 40min until closing time on a bank holiday. I looked around and saw a whole tub of cheese. I said why can’t we have that? She replied that is for deliveroo. Since when were delivery customers more important than actual physical customers? If that is your mission then why not open a dark kitchen for delivery only? Secondly, as there was no chicken my partner and I had the only option of steak (as we do not eat pork). When we came to pay i realised she charged us extra for the steak! When i raised this with the small brown skin lady wearing a cap she ridiculously proceeded to tell me that she did not charge extra for the steak. Does she think I am a stupid idiot that cannot do basic math in my head? A horrible experience from chipotle. The issue is not the food but 100% the attitude of the staff. If she spoke to me like a human being and was more apologetic about the missing items then I would have been much more understanding. Please sort this out. You have a great reputation in London, let’s not spoil it due to incompetence of one branch.
