  Great place with delicious food! I really appreciated the friendly and welcoming service and how clean everything was. The staff were constantly keeping the place tidy, which really made a great impression. Highly recommended!

  I ordered from here and a really rude woman did my order (gave me terrible portion sizes) and got it wrong. Of course it's my fault for not checking I guess but if I ask for a type of meat and get home and it's a totally different kind then that's a big problem....

  One of the most frustrating things about this place is the complete lack of consistency in portions. You pay exactly the same price every time, yet how much food you actually receive, especially the more expensive ingredients like protein, seems to depend entirely on who happens to be serving you. Apparently the price has to be exact, but what you get for it can vary by 20–30%. Very convenient. At these prices, expecting a reasonably standardised portion really shouldn’t be asking too much.

  Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I came with my family expecting to enjoy a simple meal, but the way I was treated by a staff member named Devanshi was completely unacceptable. Her behavior toward me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of my family. Customers should never be made to feel this way, especially when they are simply trying to order food and enjoy their time. This was not the level of customer service I expected, and it completely ruined our family experience. I strongly believe management needs to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and address the way customers are being treated. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I hope management takes appropriate action so other customers do not have to experience the same treatment.

  This Chipotle is located in Canary Wharf, one of the most modern, vibrant, well-connected, and attractive areas of London. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, cafés, shops, skyscrapers, and beautifully maintained public spaces, making it one of my favourite areas of the city, especially around the riverside. The restaurant itself is located on Level -1 inside Jubilee Place, one of the main shopping centres in Canary Wharf. It is in a particularly convenient position, close to the bathrooms and surrounded by many other restaurants and shops. It is also very easy to reach, from Locke Park, you can enter the shopping centre and reach it shortly after through just a set of stairs. The restaurant has plenty of seating, with large tables and enough space to comfortably enjoy your meal. The interior is clean and pleasant, and the location makes it a convenient option when you're already exploring Canary Wharf. As with every Chipotle, you can completely customise your meal, choosing your protein, toppings, sauces, and sides. The service was fast, and the staff were friendly and available. Unfortunately, the main weakness of my visit was the employee preparing my burrito. She used very little of each ingredient, and the burrito was not rolled particularly well. Once I started eating it, it quickly fell apart, with the fillings and sauces coming out everywhere, making it extremely difficult to eat. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had asked for a double or triple tortilla burrito! That said, the food quality itself was excellent, as expected from Chipotle. The sides were great as well, and the large guacamole portion was genuinely enormous. The chips were also extremely generous in quantity, so there is absolutely nothing to complain about there. Prices are in line with other Chipotle locations, and the quality of the ingredients makes them reasonable. The only reason I am giving this location four stars is the preparation of the burrito, I've had better experiences at other Chipotle restaurants, where the staff handled large or heavily filled burritos much more confidently. The female staff members were otherwise polite and helpful, so I think this was more a matter of experience and technique than attitude. One small practical issue is the lack of bins. There is only one, and it is outside the restaurant, quite far from some of the tables. Having several smaller bins distributed around the seating area would make things much more convenient.
