  the workers are so sweet and food is delicious as always. facilities are clean and well air conditioned. reasonable prices for what you get, plus the nutritional value and the speed.

  This is my go-to Chipotle. I’ve eaten here loads of times and the quality is always spot on. The team are friendly, the food is fresh, and the portions never disappoint. It’s one of those places you can rely on to be good every time.

  I've now been overcharged here so many times I'm starting to think it's part of the loyalty programme. This was the third occasion. Every time I order, I'm asked what protein I want, I clearly say normal chicken, and somehow their "special" chicken mysteriously finds its way onto the bill. It's a bit like ordering a Prius and discovering you've accidentally financed a Tesla by the time you reach the till. There is a problem in the ordering process and it feels deliberately confusing. If you don't watch every word and every button press like you're reviewing a mortgage contract, you'll likely end up paying more than you expected. At this point, I spend more time checking the receipt than enjoying the burrito. Three strikes and you're out. I won't be returning. On the bright side, after financing enough surprise Teslas, perhaps I've earned enough loyalty points for a free burrito.

  Absolutely one of the best Chipotle locations in London. The food quality is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. They have excellent vegetarian and vegan options with plenty of choice and generous portions. The restaurant itself is impressively clean and well maintained, which really stands out compared to many fast casual places across London. The staff are also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, creating a great overall dining experience every time I visit. Whether you want a quick healthy meal or something filling after a long day, this place delivers. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting if you are in Putney.
