  Overall great experience; staff were wonderful and the food tasted spectacular. The hygiene was utterly outstanding as the tables didn’t have that typical sticky allure. I felt like I ascended after eating this food. One for the books. Also the staff gave our group of 8 two free bags of nachos accompanied with a healthy serving of their fresh salsa. Whatever awards are out there, this establishment deserves them. I wish the best for this stunning restaurant. WE, yes WE, will be returning to indulge once again.   Once upon a time when I was a young boy me and the lads made a visit to chipotle lordship lane where we indulged is some authentic Mexican food. We were greeted by a big smile and the fresh smell of rice ‘semi colon’ service was quick and snappy and attentive. Once we started our meal we couldn’t stop! Xxx

  Sabdqat, adeel, yasir, Gera, where so amazing and brought amazing atomsphere and made it comfortable for me to order and even gave me recommendations which I loved. They need a pay rise, keep up the good work

  It seems that most people have a good experience at this Chipotle, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case for me. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but after experiencing the same issue several times, I felt the need to share my feedback. I’ve placed several online orders from this location through Uber Eats and regularly spend over £20 on their Double High Protein Bowl. I always leave notes with specific requests, yet the staff either don’t read them or simply don’t bother following them. The experience seems to be getting worse every time. What makes it especially disappointing is that I genuinely love Chipotle. I keep coming back because I enjoy the food, and despite paying more than £20 for a bowl, it rarely arrives exactly as ordered. There is almost always something missing or some part of my request that has been ignored. This time, they didn’t even include the cheese. I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but when the same issue happens repeatedly, it becomes very frustrating. For online orders, customer notes are there for a reason and should be checked before the order is sent out. I hope the staff pay more attention to customer requests in the future. Very sad

  I ordered on Uber Eats on 22nd May at around 9:30pm. Chipotle is my go to as I’ve usually found it to be fresh and good value. I do appreciate that it can be hit or miss, but what I received with this order was genuinely atrocious. I ordered 1 steak burrito and 1 steak bowl, both with all toppings and guac. What I received in the burrito was a vile slab of barbacoa beef that was actually inedible, with a pathetic amount of toppings and half of them missing. The burrito bowl was barely filled and again full of old barbacoa beef and some other miscellaneous meat (chicken and maybe pork — which we don’t eat), with most toppings missing. There was no guac on either. It was clearly the end-of-day dregs. Despite it not being what was ordered and most items clearly having run out, rather than notifying us or cancelling the order, they sent us inedible slop instead. Everything was thrown away. Uber Eats was useless as always when I complained. I will never return after this experience, which is a great shame as it was previously a go-to in my household.
