  I always buy the vegetable bowl when I come to chipotle. The last three times I've come to visit this store, the amount of food has really been surprising considering the bowl costs £9.65. We've only been getting half a spoon of the vegetables, considering the vegetable bowl is the same price as the chicken, surely you should get more than half a scoop. The members of staff don't seem to be in any hurry to refill the container of vegetables. I don't really like complaining but surely if they don't have enough of the vegetables they should just let the customers know to order something else or ask them to wait. The portion of vegetables is usually two scoops, so I don't think they can justify 1/4 of the amount. They didn't have sour cream or guacamole either today, which I appreciate that I was informed beforehand. So I've just paid £10 for my bowl which is just beans and rice with some tomato salsa 🤣

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chipotle Mexican Grill at Westfield London Solid Quick Bite! It’s a really good spot to go if you’re in London not just for shopping, but to find good food spots. They have a food court in the mall and Chipotle Mexican Grill is a reliable choice. Chipotle Mexican Grill was founded in the United States in 1993 by chef Steve Ells and expanded to the UK in 2010. There are now franchises across the UK. It’s huge in America and becoming very popular here too. The décor is clean, modern and welcoming. The inside is very well put together and clean. The staff are nice and attentive, service is quick, and there’s plenty of seating inside. Inside and out is perfect. They’re known for their wide selection of burritos, and they also do rice bowls and salads. There’s a small selection of drinks to choose from. You pick and choose exactly what you want in your burrito they have a wide range of meats, salads, sauces and extras so you can customise your own creation. Just a note: the chicken is the only halal option at this Westfield branch, so if you’re looking for other meats here, they’re not halal. Generally speaking, prices are reasonable that’s why a lot of people come here for a quick bite. It won’t break the bank, and the drinks are also cheap. This place deserves a good review. You can’t go wrong with Chipotle it’s consistently good. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this place. If you haven’t experienced it yet and you’re in Westfield shopping centre, make sure you check it out. I would definitely recommend you go. Parking will not be an issue there’s plenty of parking around the location. It’s a shopping centre with so many parking spaces and availability. Solid, consistent and convenient. Highly recommended! 🌯🥗

  The food I very nice I’m a regular here whenever I come to Westfield. The staff are very nice and positive. This is the best food spot in Westfield!

  Sit down tables but refuse to allow customers to use toilets - always “out of service”. No other way for customers to wash hands. Under UK law a sit-down eatery providing 10 or more covers/seats, must provide sanitary facilities for patrons.

  Pretty poor experience especially for people who have had it in the US. Customer service is barely there, hard to understand what they are saying sometimes! The portions are absolute crap (unsure if this is the case everywhere Chipotle UK) they are skimping on meat, rice, salsa and even the bloody lettuce.
