I am writing this review to raise a serious concern about one member of staff. Every time I am served by this lady, I am met with unnecessary attitude and a lack of basic customer service. She is consistently dismissive, disrespectful, and speaks to customers in a rude manner. The rest of the staff are normally polite, friendly, and professional, which is why my experiences with her stand out so negatively.
Unfortunately, whenever I see that she is serving, I already know that my experience is likely going to be unpleasant. Customer service should make customers feel welcome and respected, but I have repeatedly felt the opposite when interacting with her.
Today was the final straw. I came in and asked for chicken as my protein. Rather than explaining the situation politely, she refused to serve it to me and told me, “It’s not for you, get pork or beef instead.” I found this response extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude were completely unacceptable.
Because of the way I was spoken to, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager (ugu) handled the situation professionally and explained that I could wait approximately 15 minutes while more chicken was being cooked. He listened to my concerns, treated me respectfully, and did not dismiss my feelings. This only highlighted how poor the staff member’s customer service was, as the issue could have been resolved easily with a polite explanation from the beginning.
I hope senior management sees this review and takes it seriously. One rude member of staff can significantly damage a customer’s experience and reputation of an otherwise good establishment. The quality of service provided by this employee falls far below the standard shown by the rest of the team, and I hope appropriate action is taken to improve customer service standards moving forward.

I order a large chicken burrito and I barely any any chicken beans or salad he put less than spoon into it you’d think it comes out of his pocket for every gram he puts in and I paid £2.80 for guacamole to get around half a spoons of guacamole that probably takes less than a quarter of a very small avocado and a different server could see I was enraged inside and he offered me free chips and said sorry he’s new and I do appreciate the free chips but it didn’t make my meal any better as the wrap was barely heated and was lukewarm and the cheese had no melted at all as I got tiny portions I would recommend you do not order from here and instead walk to the food hall in Westfield to order from tortilla which is much better in taste portions and cost edit: I went to tell him after my meal and he offered me a free meal next time so due to this server I have made my review from 1 star to 3 stars

Some consistency and customer service improvements needed.
Staff were clearly busy, with 4 groups waiting to order behind me.
Not one smile from the four staff members I spoke with, which was a shame.
All my tacos had a small smear of Sofritas as the container was running low, with no such issue with the person who ordered two minutes later when it was refilled.
I wasn’t asked if I want anything else after ordering the mains. The cashier was visibly annoyed when I asked for chips and salsa before paying.
Service here is appalling. Despite there being no queue in front of me or behind me, I was left waiting at the counter while multiple staff members chatted amongst themselves. During this time, I was not acknowledged, greeted, or even told that someone would be with me shortly.
When a staff member finally approached me, there was no greeting or attempt to take my order. Instead, they simply stared at me until I began ordering. Throughout the process, I felt rushed despite the restaurant being almost empty. The person serving me spoke so quickly and rushed me through the options that it was difficult to understand what was being asked before I was expected to make a decision. At no point did I receive a smile, a thank you, or even basic courtesy.
I understand this is a fast food restaurant and I'm not expecting exceptional service, but I do expect basic customer service and common courtesy, and I left feeling genuinely taken aback by how indifferent and unwelcoming the staff were.
