    I’ve visited quite a few Chicken Shop branches, and honestly, they’ve all been good, but this one is my favourite so far. The food is always great, and the service here really stands out. As soon as I walked in, a member of staff offered to help with my order, which was a nice touch and made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Philippe was especially professional and welcoming. Great customer service makes such a difference, and that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Definitely my favourite branch so far.
