  Looked to order online at over thirty quid for two meals to expensive wont be coming back or using going forward.

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The staff appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers, and there seemed to be very little attention to checking orders properly. When I got home and opened my order, I discovered that a significant portion of what I had paid for was missing. I had specifically ordered extra mayonnaise, but none was included. In fact, several of the items I had ordered were missing altogether. What I was left with was essentially just chips, which were also extremely salty. This is unacceptable. Customers should be able to expect their orders to be checked properly before they leave the premises, particularly when they have paid for additional items. I would like this complaint to be taken seriously and would appreciate an explanation as to how this happened, as well as appropriate compensation for the items I paid for but did not receive. Overall, this was extremely poor customer service, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure other customers do not have the same experience.

  the most disgusting burger kings i’ve ever been to. the floor are sticky, tables are covered in food and people literally walked in and robbed the store while i was ordering
