  Je suis venu début du mois de Juillet avec un ami, nous avons commandé chacun notre menu, nous avons attendu debout pendant plus de 40 minutes alors qu’il n’y avait personne dans le restaurant. Le manager au comptoir était complètement perdu, inefficace et ne savait pas driver son équipe. Nous avons réclamé nos menu au bout de 45 minutes, on nous a envoyé bien gentiment balader. Nos menus sont arrivés, nous avons réclamé un geste commercial, ceux à quoi on nous a répondu « ouai mais vous vous rendez compte si je dois faire ça à tout le monde » comme si c’était notre faute… De plus notre commande était incomplète, il manquait un burger dans une commande, et dans l’autre, aucun supplément n’a été mis dans le burger (supplément payant je précise) nous avons demander un responsable, un jeune de la cuisine est venu nous voir au comptoir, on lui a demandé un nom ou un matricule car nous allons faire une réclamation, il nous a dis « non je vous donne rien et je m’en fou » J’ai fais la réclamation en expliquant tout, un mail automatique m’a répondu en me disant qu’une réponse me serai donner sous 72h, on m’a répondu presque 20 jours plus tard pour me dire en gros « on vous a mis quelques couronnes sur votre compte, mais ils sont valable juste 30 jours » Merci beaucoup en tout cas hein

  My wife ordered 2 whopper meals for £12. I ordered a whopper without a bun and the 2 whopper meals for £12. First we only got 2 whopper meals, after asking where the other 2 were, we given a third. We asked where's the fourth and they then had to make another while the rest went cold. Got back to the house. My Whooper correctly had no bun BUT IT WAS ALSO MISSING THE BURGER. I walked back to the restaurant. Was given my Whopper minus the bun. I asked for compensation. Guy said what do you want? I said a Whopper. He said they're £9, meaning no. I said what can I have? He offered me cheesey chilli bites, which I declined as I'm gluten intolerant. Great service guys 👎

  For a fast-food option in this price range, Burger King is definitely one of the best choices available. The food quality and taste are 10/10! The only thing I wish was better is the cleanliness of the seating area inside.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The prices are far too expensive for the poor quality of the food. The meal was disappointing, looked carelessly prepared, and definitely wasn’t worth the money. The customer service was terrible. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed poorly trained. During my visit, I experienced what I believed were racist remarks from staff, which made me feel completely unwelcome. No customer should ever be treated that way. I also noticed staff handling food with their bare hands instead of wearing gloves, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Looking at the reviews, I also question whether all the 5-star ratings reflect genuine customer experiences because my visit was nothing like what those reviews describe. Overall, an awful experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes these issues seriously.
