  Terrible experience as staff is just too slow. I ordered 4 Sundaes on Wednesday 26th August 2026 around 17.00 and they were kind of ignoring my order and serving other people so I had to go to counter and remind them that's when this boy who seemed to be under training was serving me and as he was I noticed he had put his fingers in them ice cream cups to get them out when I told him please dont give me in them cups, he said no I had used plastic which was on the packaging and one of the cups he filled really less ice cream so I had to tell him then he filled more in that one. It seems hygiene is lacking very much at burger king as whilst I was waiting I also observed this lady who prepares burgers she used her bare hands to put onions and the topper instead of using gloves. She could have been in toilet and not washed hands properly or something so I suggest people to avoid or check the person who is making your burger. We have a right to refuse if they use bare hands.

  I waited 15 minutes for them to notice me at the till. They were ignoring me while I have places to be going. The girl had attitude. They drop cheese on the floor and put back where the cheese weren’t dirty. Just very nasty behaviour

  This burger king slammed hard Today. So much that I didn't even care that a whopper is £6 each and doesn't even come with cheese. But it was freshly made, nicely wrapped, and felt like smack. Crisp lettuce, fragrant onions, juicy patty, and fluffy buns. ✌️

  I ordered through Uber Eats and really wanted to leave a positive review because I actually enjoy Burger King, especially the chocolate shakes and the plant-based options. The Vegan Plant-Based Whopper and the Vegan Plant-Based Chicken Royale were both tasty and met my expectations. Unfortunately, this order was let down by the extras. I paid an additional £1.50 to upgrade my meal to a chocolate shake instead of the standard soft drink, but I was disappointed to receive what was essentially a small shake that wasn't even filled to the top. If I'd known that was the size, I would have happily paid £4.99 for a proper full-sized chocolate shake instead. The app really needs to make it much clearer that the meal upgrade is only for a small shake, as it's quite misleading. To make matters worse, they didn't even include a straw with the chocolate shake. That was incredibly frustrating, especially when the shake was one of the main reasons I chose Burger King. Having to drink a thick milkshake without a straw completely spoiled the experience and is such a basic thing that shouldn't be forgotten. The portion of chips was also very small and didn't feel like good value. It's a real shame because the food itself was good, but the drink, the missing straw, and the tiny fries left me feeling disappointed. I hope Burger King improves the clarity on its app, pays more attention to Uber Eats orders, and is more consistent with portion sizes in future. 2 stars only on this occasion. ⭐ ⭐
