  Disgusting customer service, self service screens dont work propley so trying to scroll down means it adds items you dont wont. This resulted in cheese being added to a meal where I cant have cheese due to dietary requirements. Explained this to the manager and he refused to change as "the screens being broke isnt his problem". Not to mention waiting 10-15 minutes for one burger while the staff talked infront of our faces. Disgusting

  Absolutely embarrassing customer service. I had an offer from the app that was not working on the customer service till and when I went for help they claimed that I had already used it and didn’t belive me. After 5 minutes of them rudely arguing with me they scanmed my code to realise that it has not been used and I had requested my burger to have no cheese due to my allergy. Of course when I opened my burger on the train it had cheese on it so I couldn’t eat it which shows how careless these workers are. It was the women working the till at 10:30 on the 28th of May. Work on your attitude especially if your going to get things so wrong

  25 minutes and still no food. Had to leave it to get on the train. No communication of issues in the kitchen l, just a lot of people behind me. Lost money and a proper s show.
