  Today it was a worst experience here as I ordered a vegan royle but as I received I found that there is a chicken piece inside . The patty was looks perfect so I had no doubt but after that I found chicken in it. It was miserable here. I want my refund back as it was a staff mistake and I will never go back here to have anything .please have a look into this matter.

  Big delicious burgers, very good customer service. Azhar is very nice and helpful. He is super patient and professional. I will definitely come back again.

  Doesn’t look anything special but I’ve never had a bad burger here anytime of day. Food always hot and fresh. Staff good. There’s seating downstairs.

  I normally go to this Burger King as it’s convenient it’s just around the corner from Tottenham Court Road station however as other reviewers have reported sometimes the toilets are in a disgusting vile state. I remember a couple of years ago visiting this Burger King restaurant and there were disgusting poo marks on the toilet. I managed to forget about this but a few days ago when I went back to this restaurant the toilet was in the same disgusting state with poo marks. They’re only two cubicles in the ladies and both of them had poo on the toilet. This was disgusting and offputting considering I just finished eating my meal and diners such as myself are literally only a meter away from the toilet not knowing how filthy the toilets are. I understand that these toilets are probably used by random tourists and people and not just customers but the toilet should be cleaned and checked at least every hour or so because of this I would rather go and pay more in nearby Popeyes or in another restaurant where it seems to be cleaner. The hot water tap italso sometimes gets far too hot to wash your hands and the lady when I collected my order forgot to give me the water until I had to remind her they’re also not consistent because theydo not ask every customer if they want sauce it’s a shame because the reason why I use Burger King is because the app has more reasonable deals but the food itself seems fresh and hot and cooked
