  Uno dei BurgerKing più brutto di Londra, il cibo è buono ma le condizioni del locale no! Intato al primo piano non ci sono tavoli dove sedersi tranquillamente, ma sono qui tavoli con le sedie alte e ce ne sono pochi. Solo sotto ci sono effettivamente i tavoli (anche se pochi) per sedersi tranquillamente. Poi il WiFi (per chi viaggia è utile) sotto non prende, e tanto per non mancare a differenza della concorrenza, per utilizzare il loro wifi ti devi registrare... come se un turista li piace perdere tempo per fare un account che utilizzerà forse 3 volte nella vita. Poi i bagni sono messi davvero male...

  Food was okay but filthy inside. Had to use baby wipes to clean the table! Another family did the same.

  I don't like to give low ratings for any company but I did complain to the Burger King website but I haven't received a reply. I had Whopper with cheese, Chilli bites (6), Large fries, large Coke and pot of melted cheese. The chips were cold and the burger was only very slightly warm. I went to the Burger King website and filled out the complaint form. It did say that they could only reply if supplied the receipt which I didn't have. I don't think I was given a receipt; I paid via the self service screen. But I did provide them with a bank statement which showed exactly the transaction and of course the amount which was £17.91. I wasn't after a free coupon or anything like that, I just wanted to let them know. But I'm very disappointed that they didn't even reply. The form said I'd get a reply within 5 working days but I haven't received any reply. I don't think any burger can compare to a BK, if it's done right but it wasn't this time. You might say why didn't I complain at the time, well I was sat downstairs and I would have had to carry my tray upstairs and even if I'd been given a fresh burger the whole thing would have been ruined still.
