  Very disappointing experience. I tried to redeem a Spin the Wheel deal on the Burger King app, only to be told by the cashier that “it doesn’t work here.” When I simply asked why, she struggled to give me any explanation or answer a basic question about the promotion. If a location doesn’t participate in an advertised offer, staff should at least be able to explain this clearly and professionally. Burger King should make sure customer-facing employees have sufficient English and proper training to communicate with customers and answer straightforward questions. The whole interaction was frustrating and unhelpful, so I left and had my meal at a competitor instead. Poor service and definitely not an experience that makes me want to return.

  Came here days ago and was going to order but my 5 yr old needed to use the toilet. I asked the lady behind the counter and she was extremely hesitant and said it’s only for our customers, did she not see we were standing in the queue… Anyway I told her my kid needs to use the toilet before I order, she reluctantly handed me a key on a dirty looking sting. The state of the toilet was ATROCIOUS!!! The seat was broken in 2 place and the area had not been cleaned that day. There was no way any human would/could sit on that! I informed the lady and she didn’t look surprised, she simply said it’ll be all right… I wish I took pictures!!! Came back a few days later and ordered a whopper and it was nice but the tomatoes were cold and the burger was like warm and dry. The self service screens are faulty, it kept freezing on payment option. No staff were wearing head nets and they all looked angry for some reason.
