  Not a friendly place but the service dint take very long ,just looks a bit unclear where to wait for your order abd at thevtine I went it almost looked like they were closed very poor lighting .

  Considering the times we’re living in with there being a youth unemployment crisis in particular, this place CLEARLY needs more staff. 8pm on a Friday and there’s 4 guys working you’re guaranteed to have to wait 30 minutes for your food

  Very disappointing experience. I tried to redeem a Spin the Wheel deal on the Burger King app, only to be told by the cashier that “it doesn’t work here.” When I simply asked why, she struggled to give me any explanation or answer a basic question about the promotion. If a location doesn’t participate in an advertised offer, staff should at least be able to explain this clearly and professionally. Burger King should make sure customer-facing employees have sufficient English and proper training to communicate with customers and answer straightforward questions. The whole interaction was frustrating and unhelpful, so I left and had my meal at a competitor instead. Poor service and definitely not an experience that makes me want to return.
