  I ordered 3 large meals with drinks, but the drinks never arrived. Stratford London branch seems the worst! The driver washed his hands off it and nobody answers the phone. If I was you, don’t order from them ever!!!

  I went to get a meal at 8 pm this evening. The two staff members at the counter immediately told me that the dining area was closed; I couldn't eat there—only takeout was available—because they had already cleaned up, and the upstairs area. They said they were only serving food for delivery or takeway. Indeed, the entrance to the upstairs seating area was blocked off,3 signal floor wetThey even suggested I go to McDonald's or KFC if I wanted to sit down and eat—that is exactly what they told me. I left disappointed.

  The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, which completely ruined my experience. I’ve never been treated like that as a customer, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. I really hope senior management, including CEO Tom Curtis, takes these complaints seriously and looks into what is happening with customer service and staff conduct. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
