  Absolutely dreadful experience with Burger King Stratford The Mall. I ordered through Uber Eats and was genuinely shocked when my food arrived. I paid for a large fries with my meal and even ordered an additional large fries separately, yet both portions were unbelievably small. The fries boxes weren't even half full. I've eaten at countless fast food restaurants over the years, including many Burger King branches, and I have never seen "large" fries served in such tiny portions. It honestly felt like I had paid for something I simply didn't receive. With the prices customers are paying these days, this is completely unacceptable. If you're advertising and charging for a large portion, that's exactly what customers should receive. Instead, I was left feeling ripped off and wondering where my money had gone. Quality and value for money are clearly not priorities at this branch. Whether you order in-store or through Uber Eats, think twice before spending your money here. There are plenty of other places nearby that offer fair portions and treat their customers with more respect. Another thing to add is that the Ben& Jerry's Ice cream I ordered was not Ben and jerries ice cream it was burger king soft serve in a Ben and Jerry's cup. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I won't be ordering from this Burger King again. Avoid like the plague. Zero stars well deserved.

  Dirty and disgusting. Cleaning seems to be prohibited by the store management. Disgraceful place.

  Burger King is a great place for a quick, tasty, and satisfying meal. The food is consistently enjoyable, with fresh ingredients, delicious burgers, and a good variety of options to choose from. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, the service is usually friendly and efficient, and the overall experience is very convenient. The quality and flavour of the food make it a reliable choice whenever you are looking for a quick bite. A fantastic fast-food restaurant that offers great taste, good value, and a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

  I came here to pick up an order. I am a uber Driver. They told me that the order will be ready in about 10 minutes, but I'm waiting there more than 20 minutes the night staff's behavior is not good. Please treat us with respect, brother. We are here to do our job and pick up the order.
