I asked if, due to allergies, they could arrange a vegan burger for me so there would be less chance of an allergic reaction. They told me I could pay the regular price... They refused, and when I asked to speak to the manager, they told me he was very busy and didn't have time. We're not talking about preferences, we're talking about something I could die from...Terrible service and zero empathy.
