  Thank you for your amazing food i really enjoy my first bait of whopper burger was outstanding Yakub you have been a great manager, the burger whopper large meals and nuggets meals is amazing

  I am a regular customer in BURGER KING . I always noticed that the employees are always chatting amongst themselves with no regard for customer service. This lady called SAIMA who was a duty manager shift and she was very careless about customer service and was very rude and arrogant I told her that I have been waiting for 15minutes and no was there to take my order and she said that I have just have what do you expect me to do and if you don’t want to wait then you can leave and luckily the restaurant manager MR YAKUB overhearing the negative conversation approached professionally and was very apologetic and as a manager took over the situation professionally and apologised and took order and all was satisfactory. And because of his professionalism I’m giving a 5 star rating. And this SAIMA person has to be adequately trained and needs to know her role in the position she is in

  Stopped to ask for some ice, said we would pay for a drink but only wanted the ice as it’s really hot and Sajjad was lovely and let us have ice without paying for a drink. Thank you so much we really appreciate it. You are amazing!!
