    I would like to give a special mention to Saima, the shift manager at Burger King. She was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She went out of her way to make sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were happy. Her calm and positive attitude really made a difference. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Saima is a credit to the Burger King team, and her hard work and dedication definitely deserve to be recognised. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience!
