  Was served by a lady who was unpleasantly rude. first of all, insisted that my entire family need order on the ground floor before going upstairs to find seating. I wasn't even sure if there were any available seats before committing to dine in. In addition, not sure why it needs to be a family affair when one of us would suffice to place an order. secondly, food was delivered with missing items. no apologies, only insistance that the order delivery was correct.

  Madhu is very nice and helpful! It is pleasant to visit this Burger King branch with nice and friendly staff who always give their best service in a dedicated manner.
