First thing is there is no order displays so you don't know the menu well and it's hard to choose. When we got there we asked for a Coca Cola and were told in a meal you could only get water. Then after buying it and eating, the medium fries we ordered were more like small fries and the whopper felt like a sponge and tasted bland and the water wasn't even cold. Both me and dad got the same meal and both were very unimpressed. Waste of £20.

I had a great experience at Burger King today thanks to a Faisal a member of staff who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They served me with a positive attitude, made sure my order was correct, and provided excellent customer service throughout. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome.

I ordered one portion of onion rings. At no point was I informed that these would need to be made fresh, nor was there any indication of the expected wait time. When I asked for a receipt, I was refused one and told it would only be provided when the food was served. This is unreasonable, as I had already paid.
When the food was finally ready, the server then got stuck in a rigid process of gathering napkins, bags, and other items before releasing my order. I clearly stated I was in a rush and needed to catch my train. Despite my food being right there, ready and paid for, the server refused to simply hand it over. This is not acceptable.
I was forced to leave without the food I had paid for and without a receipt, as I was within two minutes of my train departure.
To be clear: I accept that I needed to leave for my train. But this situation was entirely avoidable. Your staff chose to follow a rigid process over applying basic common sense and customer service. A paying customer should not have to beg for their completed order to be handed over.
I have paid for a product I did not receive, I was given no receipt, and I was given no warning about the preparation time.
