  Visited Burger King Euston recently and was served by Saidful, who was friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the overall experience was positive. The only downside was that the burger itself felt quite small for the price. That said, the quality was good, and Saidful's great service made the visit much more enjoyable. Thanks for the excellent customer care!

  Eaten here a few times when catching a train home. Vegan option has always been good. Today we were served by Saiful and he was really helpful. Took our order with a smile and checked we wouldn't miss our train when they needed time to cook fresh.

  I Walked 20 mins from Camden for a Burger King only to be told no beef so went for chicken burger which tasted fine but completely cold. Took it back got a refund but zero apology. I doubt I will bother making the Burger King pilgrimage again, if I wanted cold average food I would go to McDonald's :-(

  The staff need to learn a lot , I asked one of the staff for coke - ‘ hello , can I have a coke ‘ , in which the staff argued with me that I need to add “please” otherwise they will not serve me. Literally the guy told me that he is not going to serve me if I not asked me the way he told , I don’t think so my way of asking for a coke was rude. And am also working in good store at good level and I know that customers can be rude but there is no point where anyone can say that if you don’t pleased me I will not serve. So I request “PLEASE” check that the staff is well trained before taking orders from till. And this rudeness is faced by my other colleagues as well , after today incident I talked with them and they also confirmed that they have faced same thing that the staff gets angry to serve coke. Am not going to have anything from this location.
