  Today at 9am I bought 4 cafe lattes at this place before my journey but it is really frustrating that the staff served the spoiled milk

  Upgrades every meal to a large even if you say regular ! They will point at the card reader without telling you the price . I queried this to the assistant who told me he was told to do this. They know everybody is rushing around take advantage of this.

  Ladies were quite mean to me for what felt like no reason at the time. They wouldn’t let me order because I didn’t queue up behind the costumer infront me, instead I queue on a space on the counter so they knew I was here next. I realised this morning this may have been how I offended them but instead of them correcting me politely in the evening they just wouldn’t let me order and ignored until I queued up properly . One in particular let two costumers in front me. So I looked like and felt stupid. This really hurt me. All I wanted was a bottle of water and just wanted them to know I was here and next because the queue looked a little messy. They were really mean and bitchy when they could have kindly corrected me and I would have understood.
