  Absolutely no disability support, ALL seating (barring an 2 seater table in close proximity to the bottomless drink machine) upstairs without air conditioning, with no lift. Not suitable for wheelchair access at all.

  No salts on the fries and clearly a small instead of large....with a burger all for £12!! I won't bother again.

  DOUBLE Whoper with "cheese and Bacon" consisting of one bit of cheese and barley cooked 2 tiny - more fat than actual bacon. 2 non flame grilled DRY patties. Yes there was lettice and soggie gherkins No onion (although that was clearly advertised on the board up stairs, freshly cut every day. Surly if you ask for a DOUBBLE you should recive double of everything??? Otherwise I would have taken the option of just adding another Pattie. STAFF- They were obviously short staffed and demorrilised. To the point that they clearly don't care. They were on go slow. This was so sad to see. It was a horrible experience all round and I left my one bite burger. - experience non fast food.

  Asked for a junior cheeseburger which I’ve ordered multiple times from this venue, told they could only do this as a chicken burger. Not an issue for FOH staff on the night who were lovely, but higher up - a burger place should have burgers.
