  Useful branch my adult son and I visit as routine when we arrive at Waterloo before heading off to various concerts across the capital! Key ‘takeaways’ 😉 are that you order on the screens; staff are unfailingly efficient and friendly (no, I haven’t been asked to write a review!); food is, well, Burger King food (my veggie options are good and customisations are done accurately); there is a large and calm upstairs area with plenty of free tables (you can people-watch if you get a window one); the staff keep it clean and no, there are no toilets (they are very nearby)! Not fine dining but popular and does a good job in a busy location.

  An employee came over to me and my friend and physically shoved the qr code to leave a review in our faces as we were talking, she didn’t say anything just put it towards us, i said i would do it to be polite and scanned the qr code and all she did was still stand there waiting for my friend to do it too. once we both scanned it she still stayed next to us staring over our shoulders at our phones ensuring we actually left a review. i said i can’t as i don’t have my food yet how am i meant to rate it. this was at approximately 13.15pm monday 8th june, this ish the type of customer service that will make people leave a good review.

  un posto orribile con nessun sevizio igienico e sopratutto i panini non sono per niente nello stendard di burgher king..sconsigliattissimo.

  Abysmal and avoid. Ordered at their kiosk which wasn’t able to give receipts. Huge queue with no staff serving. Customer waiting and missing trains. Atrocious service and must be avoided. I wrote to their CEO as their customer service web page wasn’t working. CEO never replied.
