  Not great at all however i did quite enjoy the chicken nuggets. Staff was ok and got my order correct atleast

  Over £5 for chips that were cold, barely lukewarm at best, and honestly not far off being frozen. Come on. I worked in catering for 10 years myself and there’s no excuse for serving food like this to customers. The people serving were friendly, so no complaints there. But whoever was in the kitchen clearly needs to go back and take the “how to heat up food” course again. I still ate them on the train out of pure rage because I’d paid for them, but I didn’t enjoy a single bite. Really poor.

  Refusal to take cash when it was my only means of payment I’ve left my bank card indoors but I had money on me. I can’t believe that a big company like Burger King can result to is ridiculous rules of not accepting them legal British tender

  I really don't understand how they can keep refurbishing this place but it never gets any better. 14 quid for a meal, and the drinks are flat, the place is crawling with flies and the food cold. The whole place is filthy If you're going to keep charging these prices, you need to up your game. The other fast food outlets at Waterloo seems to manage it.

  I’ve just experienced the worst burger and fries ever. They were both cold, after eating it just two minutes later. Unfortunately I got a takeaway so was already on my train home when I started eating. I paid for large meal and the fries were cold very small. The plant based burger was burnt and cold. Unable to eat it and feeling sick from the bites I had of it now. Shockingly bad.
