  I had a disappointing experience at Burger King. The staff's behaviour was not good, and they were not polite or professional with customers. Customer service needs significant improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to treat customers with more respect.

  I’ve visited this Burger King branch twice, and on both occasions, the customer service has been extremely poor. My order was given to me incorrectly, and when I pointed out the mistake, the staff were very rude and showed absolutely no care or respect towards the customer. It honestly feels like there is no proper management or supervision at this branch. This level of service is unacceptable. Please make sure you check your order before leaving, as mistakes can happen and the staff may not handle complaints professionally. Very disappointing experience.

  Had a lovely experience at Burger King in Colliers Wood! Joram served us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. He was very welcoming and made our visit even more pleasant. Really appreciated the great customer service. Keep up the good work, Joram!

  Hi Everyone I never put reviews on anything but this time just want to say the tall guy who works in this store he is not a good person for this restaurant he dont know how to behave with the delivery drivers he think he owns this restaurant but he is just a worker of this place i believe the head staff needs to kick him out

  The people at the back don’t wear no gloves I swear on everything I love not even 2 or 3 hours past and the pain ripping my stomach the Indian girl who made my burger had noooo gloves and the drink was kinda funny only took sep or two I’m writing this in the toilet while the pain killing me
