  Check your orders before u leave the shop. Don't make the same mistake I did. Got all the way back to work to find nothing in my burger bun. Absolutely furious!!! They had already been told 3 times what to put in that burger. Why is it so difficult.

  Worst Burgerking I’ve ever been to. We ordered two Hours before it should be closed, bit couldnt sit inside anymore cause they were already cleaning up. Drinks Weren‘t available. We got the wrong Burger and there was no Salt on the Fries. But I have to say that the employees were nice.

  Bought a meal, the coke was completely flat, just syrup water. I told them and they said the machine is off. Why did they serve it if they knew machine is off? Makes you wonder what else could be wrong and they have ignored it. Anyway, asked for a bottle of coke,.they refused as for delivery only. Asked for a refund, they agreed but failed to process the refund. Burger King you owe me £7

  Disgusting restaurant. I ordered a chicken royale burger which had an unpleasant aftertaste. The oil was clearly very old and hadn’t been changed in a while. Zero customer service from the staff who were busy picking their noses and chatting away to one another. Avoid!

  This was my first time visiting this Burger King, and I had a really good experience. Jayden served me at the till and immediately made a great impression. He was friendly, polite, and professional, took my order quickly, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It's not often you come across customer service like that, and he definitely made my first visit a positive one. Will definitely come here again!
