  Went as a family for what we expected to be a quick meal before heading to a concert, but it turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. The wait was far longer than it should have been, mainly because there weren't enough staff. The few employees who were working seemed to be constantly prioritising the stream of Just Eat delivery drivers over customers waiting in the restaurant. The server was also continually pulled away to help with self-service kiosk problems and payment issues, leaving orders half served while dealing with other distractions. When our food finally started to arrive, only half of the order was brought out, so some of our family began eating while the rest continued waiting. We were then reunited at the counter because the order was incorrect, despite me questioning whether everything was correct when it was handed over. The correct burger had apparently been sitting in the collection area for some time before it was eventually given to us, by which point it was completely cold. The remaining food eventually arrived, but by then the first half of our party had already finished eating. Instead of enjoying a family meal together, we ended up eating at different times, and most of the food was cold. To finish things off, the toilets were in a poor state. There were no hand towels, and the hand dryer actually came away from the wall when opetated. We didn't complain at the time because we'd already spent far too long waiting and were conscious of getting to our concert. In hindsight, that probably worked in the restaurant's favour. Poor service, incorrect orders, cold food and inadequate facilities made for a very disappointing visit.

  Waited an hour and 80% of our order was missing.dusgracefull service I will be boycotting burger King in general from now on lost a loyal customer forever well done lazy staff.

  Quick service even during busy lunch times at canary wharf. staff all very friendly and helpful.

  £11 for single miserable looking and tasing "wagyu "burger and 20 mins. waiting time at 10 pm while there is a few customers inside is literally a joke. This is not wagyu burger and that's not a fast food shop.
