  guy with the big glasses has no concept of customer service, had an issue with the kiosk and he was just stuck to his phone. No desire to help and after I started getting frustrated after using the app to order and that didn’t work. I asked what can I do? He just turned around and said ‘you can go’. Burger King sort it out.

  I recently visited Burger King in Putney, I was impressed! The staff were friendly, and the service was very quick. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at BK Putney. The service provided by Vibhu was consistently poor and unprofessional. This is not the first time my partner and I have had a negative experience with her. She came across as unfriendly, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. Her attitude made it seem as though she was treating the business as if it were her dad’s , being unnecessarily stingy and unwilling to help. The air conditioning also appeared to be switched off rather than not being working, making the restaurant uncomfortable, especially when serving hot food during the summer. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Good customer service should make customers feel welcome and valued, but unfortunately, this visit did the opposite. I hope management reviews this feedback, ensures staff maintain a professional and customer focused attitude, and addresses the issue with the air conditioning if it is not functioning properly.

  I ordered today from JustEat. Order#890427319. The driver called me and said they couldn't find my location. After 5 minutes the driver decided to register the order as delivered. I never got my order. Either the driver threw the items away, gave it to whoever, or kept the order for themselves. I never gave them my code so, this means they can do whatever they want with the items regardless. Well done. Good system Burger King. And for some reason the contact number for Putney's Burger King is unattended which is perfect. Another shop advertising they do not want to be disturbed.
