  I'm not a person to typically review a fast food place. But here we are... The online information about opening times is unclear: we arrived expecting the building to be open, and found out it was drive through only. This in itself, of course, isn't the main issue, it is rather the standoffish, rude and dismissive way that we (and other customers) were spoken to by a staff member, Andrew. Whilst I can completely understand and appreciate that hospitality is difficult and stressful and that there clearly was a miscommunication that was above his pay grade - there is just general way of speaking to people that was completely neglected. Not even in the customer sense, just a complete lack of awareness. He was incredibly rude. We never raised our voices, were never rude, and were absolutely prepared for a conversation. I try and give people the benefit of the doubt, but here....he was just so rude. We got KFC instead.

  Decided to use the app when coming to Burger King in Kilburn. Ordered food which was very slow to come. Big que of delivery drivers complaining about the wait. On the app as part of the meal I ordered onion rings. 100% selected them. Food comes with chips instead of onion rings. The Karen the store manager begins to argue with me that it’s not his fault. I agree that it was the app, however he had a very bad attitude and customer service. Won’t be coming back.

  The burger was nice , Staff were pleasant. Our only problem was the ordering machine I hope we could still order from the counter.

  As customers I was disappointed because I was denied to use the toilet The toilet was not out of service, But the staff telling his other staff, the toilet is not working putting words in his mouth with the toilet didn’t say out of service in the first place and I and I took it as it was refused for me to use the toilet thank you
