- BDBram DM2 days ago1.0Have been a fan of B&J’s for a long long time. But this is a true rip off. Way overpriced, definitely for the small portion. If you charge a lot, you should also give a lot, and you don’t. And the service is so and so at most. That guy serving us didn’t even want to be there it seemed.

- JHJustin HerzSep 12, 20261.0Absolute Enttäuschung! Mein Besuch bei Ben & Jerry’s in Soho war eine absolute Frechheit und der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Erst wurden unsere Quittungen ignoriert, dann wurde uns das falsche Eis in die Hand gedrückt und als krönender Abschluss haben andere Kunden dreist unser eigentliches Eis genommen. Statt diesen Fehler zu korrigieren, wurden die Diebe von den Mitarbeitern auch noch mit einem Gratis-Eis belohnt, während wir ewig warten mussten. Der Laden war komplett dreckig, Tische wurden nicht abgewischt und statt sich um die zahlenden Gäste zu kümmern, stand ein Mitarbeiter seelenruhig in der Ecke und hat am Handy gespielt. Als ich das Personal auf das Chaos angesprochen habe, wurde stattdessen mit mir diskutiert. So ein inkompetentes, unfreundliches und unhygienisches Verhalten geht gar nicht. Nie wieder!
