Lacks basic food items you would normally find in a health food store. More like a souvenir trinket shop, some healthy specialty food items and food you would find at any UK grocery store (unhealthy processed food) at extremely high marked up prices. You can walk in with a Rolex and still be presumed a thief and treated like a potential shoplifter. Ask for and check your receipt. I was overcharged and it felt intentional. If you’re willing to pay higher prices than a specialty shop at Borough Market (compared prices for Perello and Ortiz brands) or marked up prices for the convenience of it, go for it.

I had a very disturbing experience at this store because of the security guard.
From the moment my friend and I walked in, he followed us around the shop as though he assumed we were stealing. We felt we were being racially profiled, as there was no reason for us to receive this level of attention.
When we noticed him staring at us and tried to laugh off the uncomfortable situation, he approached us aggressively and said, "Do you think you're funny?" He then said, "Don't forget what part of London you're in," before threatening us by saying, "Come back at 11pm and I'll show you what's funny."
Even after that, he continued following us around the store. We paid for our shopping, but he kept staring at us as we left and continued watching us even after we were outside on the street.
No customer should ever be made to feel intimidated, threatened, or singled out in this way. This was an unacceptable experience that left us feeling unsafe. I sincerely hope management reviews any available CCTV and takes this complaint seriously. If this security guard behaved this way towards us, I worry he may treat other customers the same. In my view, someone who racially profiles customers and threatens them should not be working in a customer-facing security role, and I believe appropriate disciplinary action, including dismissal should be taken.

Misogyny!Racism! Absolutely do not shop here
The security guard and the manager were discriminatory toward both Asians and women. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were unbelievably rude.
I bought an item for £4.99 and waited inside the store for my Uber. After I left, the security guard assumed I hadn’t paid, chased me down the street and made me come back into the store to prove to the cashier that I had paid.
Even after it was confirmed that I had paid, neither the security guard nor the manager offered any apology. Being treated like a thief simply because of my appearance was humiliating and unacceptable. I will never shop here again.

I bought a cesar salad and the chicken was so dry. The croutons were super soggy like it’s been on the shelf for months, but it had 3 days before expiry which was weird.
