  visited Burrito with my family during a very busy lunchtime and was disappointed by the lack of teamwork. Despite the long queue and multiple delivery orders, only one female staff member wearing a headscarf was serving customers She repeatedly asked her colleagues for assistance, but four other staff members were sitting at a table, chatting and laughing instead of helping her.Overall, the food tasted really good, but the service took much longer than expected due to the lack of staff support.

  I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by the lady with curly hair, whose name indicated on id card that she was the manager. She was not welcoming, did not smile, and came across as rude and unfriendly. I expected much better customer service, especially from a manager

  My vegetarian meal appears to contain meat. I was told there was no veggie alternative to meat that was free so I added halloumi at an extra cost. I saw something extra out into my bowl but couldn't see what. Now, sitting on the train the 'extra' item appears to be meat of some sort, which I unfortunately realised after tasting it. I did try to contact Barburrito but the link on the website will not load. I now feel sick and I'm sitting on a train!

  Serving slop and ignorant staff, four people, waiting to pick up an order for 10 mins and they look at you as though you’re scum 😂 £27!!!! For two burritos and can of coke 😂 Staff need to sort their attitudes out, don’t want to do delivery’s then TURN IT OFF

  I have just had a takeaway from Bar Burrito and have been left very disappointed. It used to be quite a treat to have a burrito from here, but this one was sloppy, cold and not very tasty. It also used to be full of meat, but this one had a very thin layer of pulled pork. He ratio of pork to sauce, beans, salsa and salad was about 1:10 - not v impressive. The service was below average with impatient and unclear servers without a smile in sight.
