  As someone who works at the station, I can say this place has absolutely gone down, the food is subpar, the staff rude and stingy as hell and the overall environment, unhygienic and unfriendly. It is just not what it was with the older staff members. I Had my reservations from a previous visit, but this time around the rudeness just got to me. And I will not set foot at this place again.

  A had a very awful customer service experience from who I assume she was the manager. I touched the window accidentally and she was not happy about it, so abrupt and rude. She said people have allergies so I shouldn’t touch the window???? The other lady in the turban and the guy serving the sauces were really kind. Please work on your customer service skills sincerely.

  Ate here yesterday evening waiting for the train, I love Chipotle so gave this a go as last time was pretty good. The tables to sit were covered in customers food wrappers and the lady behind the counter was on her phone so I picked it up and went over and asked where to put the table rubbish and I was pointed to the bins while she working there just stared at her phone. Then I ordered on the panel as requested a burrito and instead my order was prepared as a salad box. Upon collection I said it was wrong and the lady just walked over, got a burrito and tipped the salad box into the wrap and gave it back. I was amazed having just tided the tables for them. Then when I ate the burrito with meat at one end and rice at the other (which I didn't eat) due to being under cooked and like grit between my teeth. I was going to say something as I walked out but the man was making someone their food and the lady was still on the phone and didn't look up. I don't normally write reviews but this was so poor I felt I had to.

  This was a terrible experience this afternoon, August 17. We came here specifically hoping for a good meal, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing from the moment we asked a few simple questions about dietary restrictions. The lady working there became visibly frustrated with us over our basic questions and was extremely confusing and difficult to communicate with. Rather than simply answering our questions, she repeatedly shook her head at us, was completely unaccommodating, and made a whole scene in front of us. When we asked for her name, she refused to give it to us because she apparently didn’t want us to post a bad review about her. That was incredibly unprofessional. The ONLY person who was friendly and remotely helpful was the young male employee, who actually apologized to us for her behavior. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn’t much better. The burrito was bland, soggy, and severely overpriced at €11. We went out of our way to come here and immediately regretted it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be returning. There are plenty of other establishments where you can spend your money and actually feel welcomed and treated with basic respect.

  Unfortunately, I would not recommend eating here. The portion was very small (probably half the size of a normal burrito) and the rice is just boiled, not flavoured at all. This is in comparison to Tortilla/Chipotle, where you get a hefty burrito with either mexican or lime/coriander rice Also, when I went to order at the counter I was pointed to the self service screens. I thought this was the only option available, but then the people after us were allowed the order at the counter. It would have been nice to not be turned away from the counter, as I would much prefer to order in person
