  One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Ordered a chateau breon they were out so they gave me two fillet steaks instead, they were out of asparagus so gave me broccoli instead, didn't tell me before ordering, didn't do anything for the price. A complete rip off.

  I had a very strange experience at this restaurant. Strange atmosphere, however we were having an early dinner so quite empty. So it starts as I order a bottle of pinot grigio. Waiter says sorry we dont have that. No problem, I choose another. No sorry dont have that. So explains didn't get their drinks order delivered. They only have 2 wines on the list. So, I choose one and ask for a bottle. We order the chateubriand for 2 sharing plate. This turns out to be 2 fillet steaks cut up, onion rings (iceland). Mushrooms and chips ok, asparagus has turned into broccoli, because they had run out, but forget to tell you. We had also ordered mash and gravy, which had to be returned as it was not just cold, it was freezing. Then I am told they dont have a full bottle of wine, so I have a glass. I then see the waiter using a funnel and pouring a glass of aperol back into a bottle. When I complained they gave us a free round of drinks. Coke and he said a large glass of wine. I asked for ice. He said I will put some in. After about 4 or 5 mins returns with the wine with ice and half the wine, gone. By now, I don't care. It is quite clear, this restaurant, has big problems. Ruined evening. Also outside area covered in fag butts.

  I don't feel the bottomless experience was up to the standard we expected. Throughout our visit, we felt like we had to keep asking for drinks, rather than being offered refills. We were polite and respectful customers, but it felt as though we were having to beg for service. At the end of the day, we paid for the bottomless package, so we expected drinks to be readily available without having to repeatedly ask. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations, and it took away from the overall experience.

  The food was good but the service made it 10 times better! Thankyou so much to Peter and Ryan for the incredible service!!! Genuinely made our time so memorable and would definitely visit again. They were so friendly and welcoming, even cracked a few jokes too. Got our money’s worth in terms of the bottomles brunch. Thanks Peter & Ryan!!
