  Booked for a bottomless brunch, only to show up and be told they aren’t doing it. The excuse was there wasn’t the alcohol available. No attempt to contact us and even had booking confirmed earlier that day. We walked away without knowing where else to go for lunch, then to receive a phone message after the booking had started to cancel! 0/10 would not recommend. Bad customer service.

  Cannot rate the food as we went elsewhere after shockingly bad service. Stood waiting to be seated for ages while 2 members of staff ignored us. When 1 member of staff finally put down her paperwork, she attempted to seat us in a dark corner, despite empty tables by the window. I requested to be moved but apparently they were not serving in that area (even though customers on 2 of the tables). At that point it was time to go. Miserable staff and rubbish service. It was supposed to be a night of celebration for us, really bought our evening down. I would not recommend this place at all.

  I want to say thank you to Nikhil. He made nice cocktails and was very friendly. He looked after me and my friend very good. Will be back for sure. Thanks Nikhil

  A disappointing experience. Staying at the Premier Inn right in front, it was mandatory to try this place. The steak was decent, but the smoked flavour was too intense. The truffle burger had zero truffle taste. So even if you don't want to walk, there's plenty of restaurants a few steps away.
