The service was sublime, the Italian waiter looking after us was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and professional, the sommelier was helpful as well, they both suggested an amazing cocktail which I loved. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you’re looking for sublime food, amazing friendly service and a great time. Pro tip, sit at the counter, I just love to dine with an open kitchen view so that we can see the hard workers chefs making their magic tricks! Loved that !

Obviously we want the full experience for the price. The one waiter was sarcastic when asked what was inside the hat dessert. They didn’t ask us about changing teas or stay on top of things. Didn’t offer to refill sandwiches or sweets. Afternoon tea here feels like an afterthought! Get it together Four Seasons! So many options in London. Food was good for the most part. But experience lacking.
