  Started off bad and got worse, food took a while, and half of it was cold. I needed to use the bathroom, so my son asked for the key to the disabled toilet, as I use a cane, and have mobility issues, she was extremely rude to him, and snapped very loudly that she didn't have the key, and ask at the counter, which we did , only for the guy at the counter to shout over to her to open the toilets, she had the keys all along. The toilet wasn't clean and hand no toilet paper in it. This place or staff are disabled friendly

  Really busy, due to the location. Very little seating downstairs, couldn't spot an elevator. This sucked, as i was forced to march up and down the stairs as first they forgot the fries from my order, and then my partner realized she only received a knife for her salad. Tiresome on a hot day.

  Wanted to have a cold drink in the late evening. Khalid wasn’t very helpful and was quite rude when asking him a question about me being served at the till. Luckily, Anthony was very attentive and helped me with my order placement. If all BK workers were like him, I would’ve given a higher review.

  A big thank you to Fatema for her excellent service at Burger King. She was welcoming, professional, and very attentive to customers. Her friendly attitude made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Great job, Fatema! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
