  I always enjoy coming too five guys they’re service and food are always top notch, a special thank you to hritic, I’m unsure if that’s how the gentleman’s name is spelt but he provided excellent customer service.

  standards have fallen at kingston five guys. originally had very friendly and outgoing service but now replaced by two machines. toilets are also code only to eat in you now take a plastic sign with a number on it and take a seat, you still have to go up and collect your order so i don’t see the point in this system?? Often when giving your food they forget to give you the drinks cups in your order so you have to ask for it specifically every single time which is annoying. Tables are often dirty littered with the plastic number signs so you don’t know if someone’s sat at the table or has just left it behind. Overall food is still okay, prices are extreme still and atmosphere is bleak and doesn’t have its original friendly vibrant vibe. Improvement needed badly.

  Great service. I walked in at 2253, and know that they close at 11 pm. I know people in the service sector understandably just want to get away on time, so I asked if I could still order. The staff were really warm and friendly and it really cheered me up. Will happily return to this branch, the service absolutely made this experience so well done!
