Our Chicken Fillet Burgers, whether it's Traditional, Fillet of Fire or Double Ringer, are just that - all tender chicken breast hand prepared and cooked the way only Favorite can. The same for our Crispy Fillet Strips & Chicken Poppas, whole pieces of chicken breast, not minced, not processed, just natural succulent chicken.
Favorite Fries are pure potato, blanched in sunflower oil and all Favorite cooking oils are free from harmful trans fats.

- AAANONtoday5.0I visited on 14/10/26 between 4.45-6.00 PM. I was told a fresh batch of fried chicken would be ready in 10 mins and it definitely was worth the wait! I was served fresh, piping hot, succulent fried chicken straight from the frier alongside perfectly cooked, soft chips which weren't undercooked or too rigid/crispy. The chilli sauce was the tastiest I've ever tasted and definitely was a game changer! As a result of the aforementioned factors, the chicken and chips meal was one of the most delicious I've ever tasted and a rare find in London. This was only made possible by the staff, both the friendly faces at the counter (one was named Owais?) and the cook behind the scenes. Sauces were plentiful and served in large bottles, as opposed to meagre 10 ml satchets like famous fast food brands. There was a friendly, relaxing and welcoming ambience in the restaurant, which was cultivated by both staff and customers. I enjoyed my 1 hour stay, extended my compliments to staff in regards to the delicious food, which they humbly accepted. I shall definitely return to repeat purchase!

The customer service was also very poor, as the staff member I dealt with was disrespectful and made the interaction unpleasant. Communication was difficult, which made the experience even more frustrating. For £2, I expected a reasonable portion and basic politeness. Unfortunately, I received neither. I would not return based on this experience, and I hope the management takes customer service and portion sizes more seriously.

I bit into it, thought it tasted suspiciously sweet, and pulled it away only to see actual blood. I ended up throwing up twice. No place has ever made me feel this sick or disgusted. I normally hate wasting food, but this went straight into the bin. I am genuinely traumatised. I should have known better just from how run-down and poor the shop looks.

Please note that our Spicy Crunchy Wings, Spicy BBQ Wings and our Fillet of Fire Burgers are marinaded prior to cooking in order to give them their unique flavour. This may sometimes cause them to appear pink in colour when cooked.
