  Ottima esperienza! Il cibo è davvero molto buono e sfizioso. Un grande punto a favore va al servizio: tutto il personale è simpatico e disponibile, ma un ringraziamento speciale va in particolare a Sedina per la sua gentilezza

  I visited Five Guys, spent £80+, and simply asked for an extra cup to take some complimentary peanuts—which are supposed to be freely available. The staff lady refused and said I had to buy a full drink for £4.50. Honestly - no need to be a dick, it’s just nuts.

  Staff need to take delivery orders more seriously. Delivery riders are often left waiting while staff are busy with internal conversations. I’ve had to wait a long time and sometimes cancel orders. Please remember that delivery partners are serving your customers too. I have even been ignored after calling out the order number several times. Better communication and faster handovers would be appreciated

  Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and one of was undercooked took a bite only to realize the mince meat was under cooked!! If I get food poisoning within couple days I know exactly who to blame, double check your burgers before leaving or eating, this is terrible will definitely be reporting this too, also the fries weren't even half in the cup just all straight poured into the bag terrible service, used be their frequent customer not anymore.

  Conoscevo già questa catena per i suoi frappè, ma non avevo mai provato la parte salata. Questa sera mia figlia ha voluto cambiare rispetto ai soliti fast food presenti in Italia e abbiamo deciso di provare Five Guys, che avevamo già notato in altre città europee. Che dire, un'ottima scelta! L'hamburger è veramente saporito e si vede che la carne viene cotta al momento. Nota di merito per le patatine fritte: non sono le classiche surgelate, ma vengono tagliate fresche e fritte con la buccia, davvero particolari e buone. Molto comodo anche il refill gratuito delle bevande. Voto: 5 stelle meritate! Dimenticavo noccioline salate gratis senza limite….. da provare anche per il loro frappè milk shakes
