  My experience with 5 guys in this store is a simple and straightforward buy food and eat it and enjoy it thats all the black guy with dreads who served me there should be promoted to be a manager to be more honest the most cheerful person and he served me with a smile although I do not know him from eve 😀

  Sigur — în engleză, într-o formulare naturală pentru o recenzie: The worst burger I’ve ever been served, anywhere. The bun was cold and squashed, the vegetables were tasteless, and the mayo and ketchup were practically nonexistent. And most importantly, the meat was extremely thin and COMPLETELY TASTELESS — not even salted. The fries were good, perhaps a bit too salty, but the way they were served was ridiculous: some of them in cardboard coffee cups and the rest scattered all over the bag. All in all, I absolutely do not recommend this place. I generally leave either positive reviews or no review at all. But this experience was simply too disappointing to ignore.

  I could not believe what I wittnessed in this branch in high street kensington, the ROYAL borough, which, supposedly is the flagship of Five Guys. To start, while I and my guest were disgussing our choice of burger, the girl behind the till, jumped in insisting we should choose a pitzza from the menu. She was so distrupting, I had to stop her. She asked, eat in or take away? I replied "eat in". Then meal came in a paper bag. I said, we are not taking away, the guy said, we "don't have any tray" !. Then when I checked inside, I noticed our sandwitches buried under a lot of chips. Chips had just been poured on the top of the sandwitches. I took the pack to the same girl at the till and said, "Would you accept if your £46 meal is presented to you like this?" To my surprise, she said, " This is Five Guys style" I was speechless, didn't know what to say. All I can say is, I will never ever eat at Five Guyes again. It was simply a store out of thired world. Additionally, shop was in such a mess, filthy. Remember, this was in Kensington high street, half a mile from Kensington palace. AVOUD , AVOID , AVOID At any cost.!!

  I loved the fries and the customer service was amazing quality.Fast service overall it was perfect and the amount of fries was divine.

  Akşam saati gittik son derece güler yüzlü çalışanlar vardı evimize yakın olduğu için burayı tercih ettik bir gün eve sipariş verdik diğer gün oraya gidip yedik.Temizdi ortam. Sıcak sohpeti için çalışanlara teşekkür ediyoruz. Lezzeti de her zamanki gibi Five Guys süperdi.
