  Kitchen is closed on a Saturday at 8 pm because they are 24 h and suggested me to wait 25-30 mins for a pizza to allow for the cleanup. Also pizzas are more expensive than in other branches.

  Ordered 4 seperate delivery failed to deliver my order on Uber eats even though every delivery driver said they were going to do it then they just kept cancelling the delivery. When the food arrived it had hardly any toppings on them for the price that I’ve paid . Total rip off . It tasted stale And almost like the ingredients were off . since eating I’ve had stomachache for the rest of this evening I will never use this restaurant again . Sorry pappa john when you are charging top whack for a pizza put some toppings on it and use fresh ingredients .

  The food is usually good at this branch. Even though this branch is usually quite busy with orders, the staff could, at the very least, ackñówledge the customers that walk in and are obviously waiting to be served. The staff usually ignore the customers as if they're not right in front of them, and chit chat with the delivery drivers. Food is good, but customer service reorientation is essential here. It's the customers' custom that keeps them in business - without them, the staff will be chit chatting with the delivery drivers on the dole line.

  The guy making pizza was absolutely talking nonsense, started arguing for no reason, no gloves, no shoes, wearing slippers, very rude, sad guy
