  I shopped here on Friday morning. I live locally but I have not visited here before. I felt so sorry for the staff. Rushed off their feet. Very rude and difficult customers. One was talking constantly on their mobile phone while giving unintelligible instructions to the beleaguered staff member about a vape. Self service tills weren't working properly. Another customer pretending she'd bought a bag when on the self service till - no receipt - when she hadn't. She was rude and aggressive. Demanding she be given a bag when asked for 40p. The staff member remained polite but firm. She then went on to regale the security guard. All the staff were protecting Tesco's interests. Do senior management have any idea of the conditions their staff work under? All the staff were working hard. Stocking shelves . Advising customers. The range of products was good. The staff were very helpful and polite to me. The security guard was also very courteous. They all looked stressed and tired. These staff need more support and there should be more staff here. The shop was very busy.

  Two members of staff: one with no mask, one with mask round his chin. Always the smallest and most limited local branch but this reflects badly on the brand.
