  There is no zero star option or else I would have given that. I was waiting for my food and I saw this delivery guy came and probably used toilet and after that he asked person in black t-shirt if he can fill up his water bottle with tap water they said they don't have tap water even though there was in machine. I can just imagine what that guy could have felt and it was scorching heat outside. Can't you just give someone working outside in this heat just some plain tap water. Never coming back.

  I usually enjoy the milkshakes on a regular basis but the two I bought from here in separate occasions were awful. I have only ever tried the patties from here in a lettuce wrap and a burger once. Hands down the driest and most under seasoned thing I have ever eaten. Over rated and over priced.

  Five Guys does great burgers. We all know that. This feedback is about my experience at this location on 31st May during the Arsenal Parade. While waiting parade to start I had gone to this restaurant to buy lunch and use the toilet. It was a busy (over 1 million people were attending the parade and this street was a busy area). Needless to say there was a long queue to use the toilets. Especially since the restaurant was allowing everyone (including non customers) to use the toilet facilities. The job of ensuring everything went smooth fell on one employee - Jolita. She worked with great efficiency and pace to ensure the facilties were clean, supplies were restocked and the queue moved along without complaints. She single handledly saved the day for over 100 folks. So if you're part of the management, please do us all a service and give this young lady a raise.
