  Hand Car wash is really bad. The brush has been used so much that is finished. Just damaging the car.

  I visit YO! Sushi at Tesco Osterley regularly, and the consistently exceptional service from Khir, Mochi, Brany, Andy and FP deserves genuine recognition. What stands out is not simply the quality of the sushi, but the integrity, pride and care with which this team works. They are always positive, enthusiastic and welcoming, and routinely go out of their way to prepare the freshest sushi possible. Nothing feels forced or transactional — their kindness and commitment to doing things properly feel completely genuine. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jason McKeon, Regional Manager, and it is easy to see how strong leadership translates into such high standards. Jason has clearly created a culture where professionalism, ethics, teamwork and customer care genuinely matter. Great businesses are ultimately defined by their people. Jason and this wonderful team are outstanding ambassadors for YO! Sushi and deserve the highest recognition. Exceptional people, exceptional standards and exceptional service. Five stars, without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I was looking to buy a Samsung S26 phone this Monday morning at 10am and the woman named Rabia gave me such an attitude when I asked, so, it's not possible to buy a phone here in store? She said, they don't keep phones in the shop, she'll need to order it online delivered to my address. And I asked, so how do customers get assistance with their contacts transfers and other services, she said normally customers receive phones from their homes and come back to the shop for those services. And she just left me perplexed and continued with her computer screen. Is this how things work nowadays?

  Opening hours advertised don’t reflect the reality in store; everything on the mezzanine is subject to shorter opening hours, so unless you’re sure that what you need isn’t on the restricted area, avoid the store.

  On Saturday (11/07), I bought Tesco’s “10 beers for £10” offer and chose Madri Excepcional. I opened cans from three different packs, and every single one had an awful sour taste. Something is clearly wrong with this batch. Don’t buy this beer until the issue is investigated. Be very careful!
