  I made my visit yesterday to Tesco Cafe for a Full English Breakfast. I just would like to highlight out the great and friendly customer service of Shaney and Renu. The food was made how we requested, they took their time take our order (not stressing or rushing us like some other places do) definitely recommended this team. Thank you

  Been here about 4 times now and I must say that the food is horrible. The chef does a great job but it's just all frozen food and that poor man is on his own. I feel that he should have someone working alongside him. A month ago, I visited the Cafe and a young girl was working there and kept getting told off by a man who looked like the Manager. He was being very persistent, pushy and rude to her which made her look quite nervous. She served my husband and I food with a big smile. This rating is due to the frozen food and the management. New staff shouldn't have to be pushed around so heavily, they need TIME to adjust and get used to everything.
