Today I visited the store at 12:30pm to buy 6 pack Tesco water bottles. There was one male staff and 2 female staffs. As the male staff was busy I approached the female staff for help. One of them had no clue and the other female staff was rude and arrogant. She ignored to even check if it was in stock. Both the female staff were not incapable of lifting or handling items which clear when the item was in the back store and visible to me but the senior lady mentioned she can’t she can’t and by then the male staff member came while he was busy with packing orders. While I’m thankful for the male staff, the female staffs have made my experience at Tesco a bad one after I’ve been visiting the store for almost a year now. Hope Tesco will hire staff who are competent enough in handling and lifting items. I don’t want to give 1-star rating as well but can’t post unless I select 1-star.

Just left a scathing review for the Sainsbury’s in this area, but honestly this shop is even worse. I actively avoided shopping here and I wouldn’t ever trust it enough to buy refrigerated items. One time I bought a flake ice lolly from there, went to eat it the moment I stepped outside the shop, but then realised the cone was totally soft and soggy and the ice cream was melted. It was obvious the freezers had stopped working but they didn’t replace the stock once it had defrosted. Checked the reviews afterwards and saw lots of similar stories of fridges turning off but them still selling chicken from it etc. Also totally over priced for what they sell but that’s not the shops fault.
