  Usually, No issues with Burger king. Good as always. Unfortunately, the service is what it makes the brand recognize. Unfortunately, This service member really behaved quite rude. It literally made me a bit uncomfortable and my meal was wasted. For me Humbleness is first priority. And after a whole day of tiredness this behaviour by the crew member turned my mood off.

  I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the staff at this Burger King branch. The way customers are treated is unacceptable and falls far below the standard of customer service expected from such a well-known brand. Staff should treat customers with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I am sharing a picture to highlight my concerns about the staff’s behaviour and to bring this matter to the attention of the management. I hope Burger King management takes this complaint seriously, investigates the incident, and ensures that staff maintain appropriate standards of customer service in the future. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.

  Very, very poor salad with greasy crispy bits all over the tomato slices, no option on self-service menu to order without the crispy bits. Expensive too, & very little of it. I hadn't eaten any before photographing it. Just brushed aside some crispy bits on middle tomato slice.

  so slow. they are not busy like others why does it take 10- 30minutes to get A MEAL!! i have ordered a meal 5 drivers passed it as the meal is not even prepared!!!!

  I spent 50 pounds on 13th September with my daughter and got a parking fine as I went to discuss with them they started acting funny and a tall lady staff called me a racist accused me calling other member of staff a Paki, as I'm a brit born turk myself I was shocked with their attitude and will never ever go there again I wouldn't give a star at all but I had to give one to write a review rubbish place rubbish staff COMPLETE RUBBISH PLACE TO GO AND EAT BY YOURSELF OR AS A FAMILY RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH
