Standard convenience store which has a better selection earlier in the day after it is restocked. There is self checkout where you pay with card if you are paranoid that a cashier is going to cheat you.

Empty Shelves even for a Saturday. No fresh fruit to buy.No salad. Whitton Tesco Express well stocked Clean store &help ful staff. Have to watch out for use by date for ready made sandwiches 🥪. Open discrimination against other religious groups who are not allowed to eat halal meat .Only halal meat here. Should be fair to every community

Extremely disappointing customer service at Tesco. I purchased a gift card, but the lady serving me said that the gift card didn’t scan, even though the money had already been deducted. I then had to go through the process of getting a refund. What made the experience even worse was the way the situation was handled. There was no apology, no smile, and no sense of understanding or concern about the fact that my money had already been taken. A simple apology and a more friendly attitude would have made a big difference. I understand that technical issues can happen, but good customer service means showing some empathy and helping the customer feel reassured. Unfortunately, that was completely missing in this situation. Very disappointing experience. Tesco really needs to improve its customer service.

DON'T GO TO THIS TESCO IF YOU WANT TO PAY PRICES THEY HAVE ON THE SHELFS!!! I went to buy ice cream and the normal price was £6.5 , with clubcard it showed to be £4.5 . I scan my item and even with the club card the price doesn't go to £4.50. Went to one of the staff, they took off that price from the shelf and then told me that they don't do that price anymore, even though the tag showed a discounted price they were pushing that I should pay the normal price. Unfair to the customer, they change the price how they want, would not recommend to shop in here. I will definitely never come back too!! Their competitors are definitely way better.
