  Friendly efficient and tasty. Ordered fish and chips, & cheesecake to share for second breakfast before my flight. Add moroccan mint tea that was actual mint, which i loved, and call it delightful. I was only in London for twelve hours so it was a great opportunity to have a traditional english meal with mushy pea. Really fun.

  Awful, disappointing. A lot of money for inedible food. When you can not fry or scramble an egg you should not be in the kitchen. Have some pride in feeding people who are traveling…absolute worst experience. Do not waste your money or precious time. Five Guys is around the corner go there instead.

  Her name was Gifty—not like a Christmas 🎅 gift you only get once a year, but a real gift that keeps on giving every single day. Her perfect personality and smile would make any customer want to return to Giraffe 🦒 at the airport in London. She makes you feel like family or a friend, not just another transaction or barcode.   I had a meal at giraffe Terminal 5 and wanted to say a huge thank you to Pramila B. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finis. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, she stayed friendly, professional, and made us feel really well looked after. She checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Our food arrived promptly, and nothing was too much trouble. Her warm smile and positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Pramila B is genuinely one of the best servers I've come across. She is a real credit to Giraffe Terminal 5. We'll definitely be back because of the fantastic service she provided. Highly recommend!

  I recently visited Giraffe World Kitchen, and let’s just say it was an adventure I didn’t sign up for. My burger must have been on a flavor vacation, because it tasted like absolutely nothing—dry as a desert and not a single hint of seasoning. The onions and cheese were just as confused, and even the Coca-Cola seemed like it had second thoughts and got watered down. My wife’s huevos rancheros came with bonus onions—even though she specifically ordered it without—so she couldn’t eat it either. Overall, if you’re looking for a place that turns food into a mystery, this is the spot… but personally, I’d say skip it!
