  We had a lovely meal while we were waiting for our flight, our server, Urszula was supreme! She was warm and attentive, calm and unhurrying, truly an excellent serveŕ. As I was in the field for over a decade, I appreciate a pro like Urszula when I step out to enjoy a meal. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  We ate breakfast here whilst we waited for our flight to USA. The restaurant was busy but we were shown a seat quickly. Food order was taken at the table. Food was brought quickly after order placed. The food was ok ... two of us ordered a breakfast sandwich , one a full English and the other an avocado dish, we all had Englishbreakfast tea to drink. Total cost was €64.90.

  Staff looked absolutely miserable, my server an Eastern European older female, was rude, unpleasant and very unfriendly. The food was priced as expected for an airport, but very poor. My drink took over 30 minutes and only arrived after I asked again for it. The server literally grunted and wallet to get it. Put it on my table and walked away. No apology or explanation nothing. The young lady with long black hair who seated me looked like she would rather have been anywhere else in the world. Anywhere. I appreciate its a tough job but it is a job in hospitality and you should really be hospitable.

  We ordered a starter that never came and they charged us for it. We spotted after payment and wish we never paid the extra derive charge either. We couldn’t get the refund because themanager „was at the other restaurant to authorise it” waited until it was too late as our plane was boarding and we had to leave and never got a refund after

  We were recently at Heathrow for a connecting flight, and my dad decided to get a drink at this establishment. He went to the bar to get a beer, the guy at the bar said the beer my dad wanted was too expensive for him to buy. At this point we had been dealing with cancelled flights, delays.. and we were exhausted. Customer service specifically at the airport, should be above and beyond especially at a restaurant. We did not consume anything at this establishment, because even if it was a $1 or 1 british pound item, the establishment is not worth it with that customer service. Unfortunately, my dad did not get the persons name, perhaps the whole restaurant could use a customer service refresher.
