  Yes, it’s an airport restaurant and the prices probably finance the third divorce of some posh capitalist or his first football club. ​BUT my waiter Ashlon was fast, very polite and professional. I never waited too long for food and drinks. The staff work their fingers to the bone during lunch time. ​So next time you’re at Heathrow, show some appreciation for the staff and leave a generous tip for Ashlon and the other trojans.

  We had a really good experience at Giraffe Terminal 5. I ordered the salmon teriyaki and it was delicious. The service was great too. Our waitress, Parmila, kindly helped us with the halal food options as we’re Muslim. She was very nice and kept checking if we needed anything throughout our meal. Really appreciate her kindness and excellent service.

  What a great experience! Kasia was so friendly and attentive from start to finish! She took my order quickly and checked in throughout my visit to make sure everything was just right. The giraffe burger was delicious, and I especially loved the Colman's mustard on my fries—such a tasty touch! Great food and wonderful service made for a fantastic visit!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Service am Flughafen Heathrow T5 Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch im Girafe World Kitchen am Terminal 5 des Flughafens Heathrow. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders positiv fanden wir den Umgang mit Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten. Das Personal fragt aktiv nach Allergien und stellt ein Menü mit glutenfreien Optionen zur Verfügung. Gleichzeitig wird transparent darauf hingewiesen, dass es zu Kreuzkontaminationen kommen kann. Diese ehrliche und verantwortungsbewusste Kommunikation wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Insgesamt ein tolles Restaurant mit gutem Essen, freundlichem Service und einem aufmerksamen Umgang mit Gästen, die besondere Ernährungsbedürfnisse haben. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die am Flughafen Heathrow T5 gut essen möchten!

  Really nice spot at Heathrow for a meal before a flight. Staff were really nice and the food was good as well had the Giraffe Burger which is more or less the house burger and it was a really delicious. Considering how busy they were the food came out really quickly but still maintained quality. Fast, tasty and efficient can’t ask for much more in an airport eatery. Will definitely come here again the next time I am flying through LHR
