  Checking out gave our entire group problems. Food was mediocre service itself was okay, atmosphere and design was enjoyable. They will not take your card, and instead use an insufferable, incapable, outdated and inconsistent web payment process. The website did not work for several members of our group, and took atleast 5-10 minutes longer than a normal card payment would have taken.

  Giraffe Heathrow T3 is super fantastic restaurant, Manager Sunny she given me friendly service and i had a good chat with her about food allergens she explained me everything very clearly, i ordered Chicken Gyoza, Halloumi Fries and Kickin Chicken food is very tasty and delicious, i would definitely visit again Giraffe T3 next time and suggest to my friends and family members

  I wanted a build your own breakfast on the kids menu, the waitress really tried to persuade me to buy the adult breakfast which I didn’t like. When it came it was completely cold. As if it was them saying here you go have it cold because they didn’t want me having a cheaper meal. I come to this restaurant everytime I fly from Heathrow and I had already tried all the vegan options on the menu apart from building a breakfast. When the waitress collected my plate she didn’t say anything to me nothing not even how was it. Because of this experience I will not be coming back. Shameful

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant on a recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behaviour of one of your waiters, which I found to be both rude and unprofessional. During my meal, the waiter approached me and in an inappropriate manner inquired about the amount of tip I intended to give. When I plainly stated that I would not be leaving any tip, explaining that I believe the restaurant earns sufficient revenue without the need for additional gratuities, his reaction was both unexpected and distressing. Rather than accepting my decision, he insisted and pressured me into leaving a tip, an act which I found to be entirely unacceptable. Such conduct not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also significantly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. I trust that you will look into this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that your staff uphold the highest standards of customer service and respect your patrons’ choices.

  Foolishly thought giraffe would offer a step up from the wetherspoons style food on offer across the way. T3 is barren when it comes to food offerings.. in retrospect Pret would have been the safest bet. Asian inspired menu; for sure no one in the food development team has ever stepped foot in Asia .. my ‘Korean Chicken’ was a mish mash of pre-packed Brakes esque crap. The chicken itself was edible and that’s the only positive from this dish which set me back close to £20. Avoid avoid avoid.
