Named after a leaf with a distinctly Japanese place at the table.
Welcome to Ohba Leaf Restaurant. Our name comes from the Japanese basil leaf, a fragrant ingredient served as tempura, in salads and alongside sashimi. It can also be ground into sauces, added to ponzu with soy sauce, dashi and daidai citrus, or used in nabe stews and Japanese-style spaghetti dishes.
At Ohba Leaf, we serve freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, salads, tempura, donburi, Japanese curry and teriyaki across our London branches.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
