I visited the store to collect an online order shortly before closing. Upon arriving, I held the door open for a customer who was leaving. When I gave my name to collect my order, Simran laughed and stated that she could see that my friend and I had “planned this” with the customer who had just left, implying that we were attempting to fraudulently obtain a pizza.
I found this accusation offensive, humiliating and completely unfounded. I had paid for my order and had only just entered the store. When I asked how she had reached this conclusion and what verification had been carried out before handing my order to another customer, I received no satisfactory explanation. I was informed that a new employee had failed to check the order number before releasing the pizza.
Despite this being a mistake by staff, I was treated as though I had done something wrong. An apology was not offered until I specifically requested one, and when I asked about obtaining a refund, I was told to return the following day to speak to a manager. I do not believe I should have been inconvenienced further because of an error made by the store.
The interaction left me feeling intimidated, degraded and unfairly stereotyped. As a young Black woman, I was particularly concerned by the immediate assumption that I was involved in dishonest behaviour without any evidence. Whether intentional or not, the treatment I received made me feel racially profiled and unwelcome.
I would like a full investigation into this incident, an explanation of how my order was released to another customer, confirmation of my refund, and assurance that staff will receive appropriate customer service training.

Why do I wait for the pizza to arrive? Twice it’s not arrived and twice I have to call for a refund!
Can your driver not call to say anything! Never answer the phone so really annoying!
I’ve had to

Placed an order on uber eats, waited the estimated time delivery as stated which was about 40min, but the order still didn’t arrive so called up the store and was told “the payment was cancelled however she can go ahead and make my pizza”???? The payment was taken from my bank the seconds order went through otherwise how would it even go through the system, bare in mind she could see my order details on her end. The employee sounded like I woke her up from a dream. Absolute nightmare of a store. And the store employee delivers the order so no updates are given on the app.

Very disappointing experience from the Domino’s Hillingdon branch.
We ordered a vegan pizza and found pieces of chicken on it, along with random toppings that were not even part of the order. Unfortunately I also accidentally bit into the chicken before realising, which was extremely upsetting and distressing as a vegan.
I understand stores get busy, but this level of cross-contamination is unacceptable when preparing vegan food. We also have photographic evidence of the contamination.
What made the experience worse was the response from the shift manager when I called. He initially told me to call back later because the evening manager handles these situations, repeatedly stated he was busy, and showed what I can only describe as a very lazy and dismissive attitude throughout the call. I even had to point out that he had not apologised on behalf of the store at all.
I genuinely do not understand how somebody with that attitude towards customer concerns and food contamination can call themselves a manager.
This branch also never seems to automatically include the plant-based garlic & herb dip with vegan orders unlike other Domino’s branches.
Overall, the handling of both the food preparation and customer service was extremely poor. Vegan dietary requirements should be treated with proper care and seriousness.
I ordered through Uber Eats, didn't receive my order. Dominos said our Uber eats system is not working since morning and Uber eats said contact Dominos - ended up paying but no pizza or refund. Dominos doesn't honour their Uber eats promotions and are lying about their system being down.
