  I usually only leave reviews if it is a good experience, but this is my second time with the same poor experience. The gyoza has been brittle and burnt to the point I couldn’t eat it both visits. I considered that they didn’t know how it was supposed to be cooked but saw others receiving better gyoza so it’s just that it’s very inconsistent and poorly cooked. The service is terrible. It took 30 min to get a cup of water after it was requested. The people around me had to wait even longer then our ramen took nearly an hour and we were all tables of one so not a bit party at all. You can’t even request to remove the bad food because you never see the servers again. If it was cheap then that would be better but it’s bad and expensive.

  Slow service - waited for 15 mins before getting our orders taken. We've asked 3 servers that we were ready to order but we kept getting deferred to the next one. By the time the waiter came to take our orders breakfast has already finished and we had to switch to lunch menu and rethink our orders. The first food order took more than 20 minutes to arrive, the second order 10 minutes more after that. So I suggest you only come if you have a lot of time before your flight. Fully disappointed with the tantan ramen - it's more akin to a Chinese beef noodle soup which was also lacking the depth of flavours that the wagamama chain proudly boasts. Not worth the £20.2.

  Been here about 12 times before and other Waga’s many times but unlikely to go again. Arrived around 1130h and ordered straight away. The girl took our order on paper rather than their tablet, then went and took orders from 3 other tables that had arrived after us. I think she put through the order for the last table she spoke with first and ours last. Drinks arrived after almost 30 minutes and only after I’d asked a staff member. Food 5-10 minutes later. The group that had arrived immediately after us and had ordered some of the same dishes as us, had their food 15 minutes before us! One of our meals was Yaki Soba which should have egg in it but there was none. Time was now getting tight for our flight. I raised the egg issue with a waitress who incredibly bent down to examine my plate at very close range and said she could see something she thought was egg - one piece about 1mm diameter! She then said they used liquid egg. Well here’s the thing - all raw egg is liquid but it’s not liquid once it’s cooked. I couldn’t believe she was arguing with me when it was obvious that there wasn’t any egg in the food. Utterly dreadful experience.

  I recently visited this restaurant and found the experience to be somewhat disappointing overall. While the front of house staff were friendly, they were not particularly engaging. My partner’s yoghurt bowl took over 30 minutes to arrive after ordering, and to make matters worse, it was listed incorrectly on the bill twice. This took longer to arrive than a full cooked breakfast, which was served and eaten before the yoghurt pot arrived. On a positive note, the big breakfast was enjoyable, but given that there are other places offering similar food at lower prices and with much quicker service, it felt a little underwhelming. I would not recommend this spot if you are looking for a quick bite or prompt service, as the delays and billing issues detract from the experience.

  I had a brilliant experience at Wagamama T5, and I’d especially like to recognise Eddy for his outstanding customer service. Eddy was absolutely brilliant in helping me with my order. He was very polite, friendly and enthusiastic, and had excellent knowledge of the menu. He was more than happy to answer my questions and made the whole ordering experience feel easy and enjoyable. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my visit to Wagamama T5 an amazing one. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised, and Eddy definitely deserves a round of applause for his fantastic service. Thank you, Eddy, for making my visit such a great experience! 👏
