  I wanted to share some positive feedback about Audrey at Wagamama T5. From the moment we arrived, Audrey provided a warm and friendly welcome and delivered exceptional customer service throughout our visit. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely engaging, making us feel valued as guests. His positive attitude and attention to detail really enhanced our dining experience. It's team members like Audrey who make customers want to return. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.

  Wagamama at T5 is unique because it never stops being busy. It’s not a regular crowd because the nature of the airport is people are always flying in and out! Our flight was delayed by quite a few hours so we were able to observe at a leisurely pace how the staff operate with these transient travellers. Kris and Sophie are amazing! I watched them take on customers requests, politely and efficiently and saw them respond to each customer very uniquely depending on where to say were from. Serving so many people from around the world has made them very aware of who they are serving and I saw every weary traveller feel listened too and respected. Well done guys!! Amazing customer service 🥰

  I was sat down and left after 15mins as despite trying to flag down a waiter repeatedly nobody came to take my order. Had an hour to go before my gate was shown, but taking into account it takes 25-30mins for the food to come, not a good option at an airport if you want to not be stressed at your flight. Nobody spoke to me as I left either, very very bad service. Edit: I noticed there are a lot of negative 1-star reviews from Asian (orientals) and that fits my experience as all the white ethnicity people were being served around me, even though they were sat after me. Ironic, given Wagamama is an East Asian food restaurant…

  Outstanding service from Manas! Manas is an absolute credit to the team. From the moment we were served, he was friendly, professional, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. He was welcoming, helpful and professional throughout, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure customers were happy. People like Manas make a huge difference to the overall customer experience. His hard work, dedication and excellent customer service deserve to be recognised, and I genuinely believe he deserves serious consideration for a raise or other recognition.   I read some questionable reviews as I was sitting down but once the food hit the table I was so grateful for how delicious it was. I was genuinely surprised how much flavor and freshness this place offers. I almost missed my flight because I was devouring every bite. Thankfully our waiter Purna assisted us in a timely manner to get the check paid so we could leave in time. Purna was very kind, efficient with taking our orders, and made the experience convenient. The quality is exceptional compared to the airport food I familiar with. I was a little bummed to see this place has very few locations in the US because I would surely eat at one if it were nearby home. After a week of so-so food in Italy, this place hit the spot.
