  Had a really lovely experience here. The staff member who looked after us was amazing….preston was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what we liked and helped us choose the perfect dish, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell he really cares about making customers feel welcome. Great service, great personality, and delicious food. Thank you Preston for making our visit special we’ll definitely be back!

  Food is the same as any other wagamama, which is pretty good, but the service was absolutely dreadful. Our server had no customer service, and for some reason they "don't customize" dishes (they have never had an issue with this before) and the server didn't let us change our order before she just walked away. We got our food before our drinks, and we didn't even get spoons with our ramen and had to ask two people to get them. Staff working there seemed to hate their job, it was pretty quiet and they were over-staffed yet still provided terrible customer service!

  Received some stellar service from Amir and I just had to leave him a review as I was so impressed with his ability and attitude. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 15 years and having been on both the giving and receiving side of good service, Amir’s amazing service and the way he made me and my family feel so welcome in the middle of a very stressful trip honestly was such a breath of fresh air. Thanks once again for the wonderful hospitality! ❤️

  I had an excellent experience at Wagamama Terminal 5. The food was outstanding, well-prepared, and served promptly, making it an ideal dining option when travelling through the airport. The service was exceptional, particularly from Francilla, who was friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout our visit. Her excellent customer service significantly enhanced our dining experience. I would highly recommend Wagamama T5 to anyone looking for quality food and outstanding service.
