  This Five Guys is located inside Heathrow Terminal 5, which is huge, modern, and extremely busy. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself is quite small and often very overcrowded, with lots of travellers and not enough seating. Finding a table during busy periods can be difficult. You can order either from the self service kiosks on the right side or directly at the counter. The staff are friendly, helpful, and approachable, and the service is generally efficient despite how busy the location gets. As with other Five Guys locations, the prices are high, but the food quality is very good and the prices are broadly in line with what you expect from the chain. My recommendation is the Regular Salted Fries, the portion is absolutely enormous, so even the regular size is more than enough. Pair them with a Bacon Cheeseburger and customise it with as many toppings as you like. For the burger, I recommend HP Sauce, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, fresh onions, and either lettuce or pickles. The combination works incredibly well, especially with the savoury grilled toppings. The milkshake is a musttry. My favourite combination is vanilla, Oreo, Biscoff and caramel, which creates an extremely sweet, creamy, and indulgent shake. Another major advantage is the free refill drinks, with a huge selection of flavours and combinations that you can customise yourself. You can also get as many sauces as you want to accompany the fries. I recommend ketchup, or mixing ketchup with a little mayonnaise to create your own creamy dipping sauce. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Five Guys, high quality, extremely generous, customisable, but expensive. The biggest weakness of this particular branch is definitely the lack of space and the overcrowding, which is understandable given its location inside one of Heathrow's busiest terminals.

  I had an issue with my payment on the kiosk, so got taken to the front. I had paid £35 and had the bank take the money out of my account but there was no reciept. Jasleen helped me out and got my order sorted and even threw in free chips and a soda! Great experience

  I had an excellent experience at Five Guys thanks to Katrina and Serena. From the moment I walked in, they were both friendly, welcoming, and professional. They provided outstanding customer service, made sure my order was correct, and went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help really stood out, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Great service like this is what keeps customers coming back. A big thank you to Katrina and Serena for making my visit such a pleasant one—I hope their hard work and dedication are recognised. Highly recommended

  Absolute perfection before a flight! Five Guys at Heathrow never disappoints. The burgers were cooked to perfection, piping hot, and insanely juicy. And let's talk about the fries—generous portion, fresh, and seasoned just right! The staff were super friendly, efficient, and had great energy despite being at a busy airport. Fast service, fantastic food, and easily the best pre-flight meal you can get. 10/10, will definitely be back every time I fly! 🍔🍟✨

  I had an amazing experience at Five Guys, all thanks to Ramani Penubadi! It was my first time ordering, and as a vegetarian, finding good food options in the UK can be quite challenging. Ramani was incredibly helpful—she took the time to explain the entire menu and guide me through the choices.
