  Norm happy with tesco. Thought id try the scan and shop as I knew I didnt have much to get today Got to the till to discover it was closed. He said you can use the basket aisle it works there. Ok no problems Get to the till. And discover that the assistant has to now come and empty the bag to rescan it all Although she disnt want to empty the bag and scan to allow me to re pack. She took it out one at a time scanned it and put it on the side Slightly annoyed No apologies. I get she's prob annoyed that she has to do this and there were a lot of us But if you didnt turn of the scanners then that's not my fault. I chose the quick option This today was not it

  It's my local. The shop itself is good. Shame about the toilets. I would avoid.

  Very poor service by the staff I bought beer which was out off date when I was about to drink I realized that it's got 10-04-2026 went back no sorry no apology just told me to get another one of the lady at the till name jenin talking to a staff member saw me that I need age approval but kept on talking went there I told her I need assistance gave me a bad look and went I thought tesco was quite good in customer service but I was wrong .
