  I only give the second star because they have 2 staff that are lovely! 1 girl and 1 guy, the rest are awful, they make it all up, just told me I can only cash up to 3 scratch cards a day, that’s a lie, they hardly speak English, and they have no product knowledge, I ask for a product and they have no idea so I eventually have to just wonder round and find out myself, very poor customer service, they are either lazy and make up lies or they are so understaffed that they must do whatever they can to avoid customers to be able to do anything else! Lived In Hayes for 4 years been using that Tesco for 4 years, big staff turnover and the quality gets worse every day, I have worked in Tesco years ago and there is no way in that store we would have allowed that quality to pass probation, My only ask is to have 1 competent duty manager available on the shop floor. My experience today was at 17:00 please review checkout staff at this time, communication skills and customer service training! Also maybe a run down of how a shop works would be ideal. No name badge so can’t name drop! Nothing more draining that shopping here and it’s my closest store!
