  What a horrific place. I approached one of the staff to ask where the ketchup was and he was taking a personal call on his work headset, totally uninterested. He seemed inconvenienced when I interrupted it, to ask for help, and had a terrible attitude. He then struggled to understand me, and didn't know what ketchup was. A customer nearby eventually showed me, and he just turned around, no further engagement, and back to his personal call. I wished it ended there, but it didn't. When I went to pay at the self-service machine, it kept requesting for assistance, and there was nobody on hand, as the only two employees working were inside the booth, serving other customers. I had to ask the security guard to call them, twice. Zero customer service, zero organisation and planning, and zero care given. I usually pop into the LIDL inside St. Anne's, but thought I'd give Tesco a go. Never again at this one. Shame I can't give it a 0 out of 5.

  Mary was absolutely incredible! I went to Tesco to get my favorite chocolate, but the shelf was empty. She was stocking chips in another aisle, but as soon as I asked for help, she immediately went to the back, brought the chocolate, and restocked the shelf for me. Exceptional service and true kindness!"

  I’m a regular customer at this Tesco Express and, while most of the staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately I have had repeated issues with one member of staff, Christina. Following an incident some time ago regarding claiming scratch cards, where I politely asked to hand them over one at a time and was also refused a receipt, I have felt that her attitude towards me has changed. On subsequent visits, I have experienced what I feel is unfriendly and hostile body language, facial expressions and an overall lack of courtesy whenever she sees me or has to serve me. I have always remained polite and respectful, so I find this behaviour upsetting and disappointing. I understand that staff can have difficult days, but repeated unfriendly treatment towards a regular customer is not acceptable. I hope management will look into this, as I would like to be able to visit my local store without feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome.

  The shop is closing at 11 o’clock but when I go there at 10:52 people are shopping inside but door is closed and when I asked security to open the door he said shop is closed. And when I’m asked why it’s showing your shop is close at 11 so than someone (staff of Tesco) came and told me we are closing at 10:50 than he just rudely told me that you can asked to Tesco head office and shutt the door . If I can give minus review I definitely choose that
